Absolutely love the food here.I wish I could afford a franchise

Food was so-so. Ordered the Cubano sandwich and the ham was really dry and hard, barely a spoonful of pulled pork and the bread was the best part. Really disappointing. Not cheap either - which I don't mind paying for but my friends all agreed that Jersey Mike's is way better. Also nothing charming about the atmosphere....

I had really good expectations. It is obvious they are having growing pains. The three people serving people were very nice. The person that seems like he may be the manager only popped out long enough to get some large bags. With that said, both of our sandwiches were supposed to have provolone cheese but neither had them. Then my salad was the apple & walnut salad but didn't have any walnuts. The proteins on both the sandwiches and salads were very processed. Honestly I doubt we will go back.

Excited to have a Potbelly in the area! We had their Italian sandwich which never disappoints. Great service, clean, will be back!

Super fast and tasty, I recommend the Italian sandwich with a chicken pot pie soup side. Plus the hot peppers were actually spicy!

I got the prime rib steak and it was perfect. The chip selection has a lot of flavorful options. I like how their milkshakes use ice cream from a freezer and milk; it’s not a (gross) soft serve machine. Lots of places to sit and the restaurant was very clean. Will come back.

I had high hopes for this place at first. The drink machine was broken the first 3 times we went then yesterday the ac was out but they had a portable one. Our sandwich was toasted to the point of being like cement. There wasn’t a lot of prime rib meat on it either mostly lettuce and tough bread.
Each time there’s been problems and I probably won’t go back.
