We had a wonderful experience today. Latoya was super kind accommodating our party of 11. Maansi, our server was top notch and very kind!

Attractive, appealing indoor and outdoor spaces with multiple areas and multiple bars. Plenty of room to either sit or stand without feeling crowded. Huge beer selection, including some varieties that are hard to find. Beer prices are reasonable. Food is hit or miss (why deep fry a pretzel?) and some items are a little pricey. Indoors can be so loud you can't talk. QR menu is frustratingly non-intuitive. Table server took a while to arrive, but once she did, service was efficient, and she was pleasant and laid-back.Parking: Expensive unless you can find street parking. Paid $15 for 2 hours in a parking lot on a Saturday evening. Some lots were $20 flat rate. Uber/Lyft might be cheaper and more convenient.

Great atmosphere. Drinks were great. Food was overall pretty good, but my stepdad ended up getting sick after eating the chicken quesdadilla. Service was subpar. We had a large group and half of our order came out 15-20 min after the first half. The waitress delivered drinks incorrectly, was not attentive and did not seem to care our orders were delayed. She did check repeatedly to see if we were good towards the end but made no move to remove the empty plates from the table.

Biggest workout I got all week I was sent to different bars to get a beer without direction to get the beer I wanted. I had already gone to both outside bars and I know you can order online and scan their code to get your order, but apparently they were under staffed and taking forever to get a beer. You are only allowed to order beer per id..Went to the 2nd floor on the elevator and came back down on it.. it slammed on the way down knocking 1/4 of the beer out of the glass and spilled all over our feet and floor.. we ended up being in complete shock due to how hard it slammer out of no where and then the door wouldn't open for more than 5min....ended up leaving after 1 drink and took our business somewhere else bc who wants to continue to go up and down stairs to get another beer if you are trying to enjoy the weather and the bar you are at doesn't want or have common sense to stock up for a party that is drinking the same thing to get them to enjoy their time. Was definitely a unwanted experience

Came for the beer, stayed for the quality service. Beer recommendations from Austin were spot on and his service was top notch - promote now.

We had a family get together at the Raleigh Beer Garden on Sunday afternoon and it was just delightful. Brie was incredibly accommodating and wonderful, as were all of the Beer Garden staff. We had the most wonderful set up and all of our friends and family wished they lived in Raleigh and could go to the beer garden more often!

Great beer, wonderful atmosphere, and could have been a great night for us all, however it was thwarted by a particular staff member on Saturday night, 4/27/24. It's truly a shame and shock that a beautiful business like this could have such a hateful and rude staff member among its crew. Our group of 4 was casually talking over some beer and conversation, when this individual approached our table while my friend was in the middle of a sentence. When the staff member approached, they turned and looked straight to my speaking friend, and said "Hey. Shut up." They continued to address the rest of our group and said "We're closing. You've got 0 minutes", and walked away. What he MEANT to say was "Hey guys, sorry to interrupt, we just want to let you know we're closing now, thank you so much". We were so disgusted by how rude he was. NOT ONLY did he do that, but later we were told by the same member of our group that the same staff member showed repulsion when our friend presented his valid form of legal ID when we entered the beer garden. The friend, who only had their passport as their valid form of ID on their person, tried to explain this to the staff member, but they initially responded by rudely refusing to check his passport either out of annoyance and irritation that anything other than a driver's license or state ID needed to be checked, OR from incompetence not knowing that anything other than a driver's license or state ID could be an acceptable and valid form of entry. What an absolutely terrible lack-of customer service experience. All other staff were grea notably.

Huge selection of beers. North Carolina beers are only served on the first floor. Second floor had beers from across the US and international. It is the first place I have seen Jester King outside of Texas. The pretzels and shrimp sliders were amazing, the brat was overcooked. Great service and the food came out quickly. We wanted to sit on the rooftop but it was early in the day and it wasn’t set up yet.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu had a good variety of options. limited juice selection.

I don’t appreciate being told to go back to my table and enjoy my beer when i am trying to follow up on my food order which didn’t arrive 25 mins after placing the order using the scanner. Had to follow up with a manager who had to recheck, reprint the order and stick it on the delivery counter. This was 25 mins after i placed the order order using the scanner and got my beers within 5 mins and never received my food order. The manager was lame enough to just say ‘i got you’ when trying to leave a feedback for the serving staff who never cared to check back on my order and just asked me to return to my table. No I don’t get you! Either be educated/attentive enough to check the order placed through the QR code and terminate the service all together. As expected my food was just sitting at the counter with no one bothering to check and deliver it and when followed up it arrived cold and stale. The manager simply offered to have it removed from my order when concerns were raised. Get your head together for the customer service!
