I am a huge fan of RBC. There is a reason RBC was in the top 5 of "Best Biscuit" in Raleigh last year. My favorite has to be anything she is making that day - I am never disappointed. Oh and if you have food allergies, she will make sure you can still have an amazing biscuit. Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc. I lOVE her "Southern Charcuteries" - so unique.
SO GOOD! I’ve gotten their biscuits fresh from local farmers markets or picked them up from Raleigh Cheesy and I’m always so impressed. Also have gotten their mixes from Elk Local Foods and given them as gifts - always a crowd favorite! So many unique flavors, and made me realize how much can be done with a biscuit!
