I have ordered seafood bowl with shrimp crab and sausage. The sauce I have opted is Big Bang and Hot thinking it will be flavourful. But what I received is too much salty sauce with bland taste . The crab had barnacles on it. This will show how much they care about the food quality. Never expected this.

I took my sister here an she told me the food was good. Our drinks an corn was good. Crawfish an snow crabs was to plain. Crawfish had no taste at all like it was boiled in water. I didn't understand how. I would appreciate if whoever cooked the food on the weekends when my sister went works all week long. I am a seafood junkie. But this was not it.

Food tastes amazingly good! Everything is fresh and delicious. The crab is very fresh, as well as all other seafood. Also like the crawfish, it doesnât taste like the badly frozen ones, it tastes very fresh, can feel the taste of the sea.
The only thing I wish they could have is napkins and utensils. I received no utensils in my takeout order at all!

Second time trying. (First time was a busy Saturday night. Waited over an hour and a half for food. Just to find out they lost our ticket.) Decided to give it another shoot on a less busy night. Went on a Tuesday at 6:30. I ordered 1lb of Dungeness crab, 1/2 lb of sausage, corn and potatoes. Food came out quick. My girlfriendâs food was fine, but mine tasted old and rubbery. Perhaps it was made earlier in the day and was just reheated upon ordering. I ate my corn, potatoe, 1 piece of a crab leg, and a few sausage. When my girlfriend finished and the server came over I explained my crab wasnât good. But I had eaten some so Iâd be more than happy to pay for that. The manager comes over and informs me that the policy is if you wait until the end of the meal to inform them, there is nothing they can do even if the food wasnât eaten. Mind you I had my 4 clusters of uneaten crab still in the bag. All they could do was offer me 20% off of my meal which ended up being $8 off $41. We will definitely not be back. I understand things happen, but I was very disappointed having to pay $33 for 1 corn, 1 potato, and a few pieces of smoked sausage.
