The HOT bar in the back is good my suggestion is go directly there. The other food is room temperature at best and under cooked. Service is horrible. The lady that seated us had a very bad attitude. We ordered adult drinks when they were brought to the table the lady sat them in front of children. Well normally not a problem if you're a waitress you should be able to understand English she barely understood us. She spoke very little English service was just a mess.

I truly wanted to love this place because of the reviews, but sadly we were very disappointed.
We stopped by Saturday night, and got put on the waitlist. We got the call that our table was ready, and headed inside. When we got inside, we waited another 10 minutes before we were seated.
We ordered water and fries to start. Once the fries were dropped off at the table, we ordered 2 crab boil bags. As we were waiting, I took a pen out of my purse and we played hangman. We played, I kid you not, 20 rounds of hangman when we checked to see how long we had been waiting for food. 1 hour and 20 minutes!!!! Seriously?! And when the guy tries to find our ticket, it has the wrong table number on it.
At this point we are very late for what we were supposed to be doing next and said we needed to leave. The host tried to say if we just gave it time, it would come out, but we had given it plenty of time. So we left with only getting the chance to taste the fries, that we STILL had to pay for, even though they messed up and never brought us our food.
I would have been willing to come back and try another time, but the fact that NOTHING was done to correct their mistake, makes me think that would be a waste of our time. NO accountability was taken at all by anyone.

Our first time, the food and drinks were delicious. It is a popular place by the crowd. My suggestion is to go early, be prepared to wait an hour plus between getting seated and your food. Our waiter was not so attentive, but everyone was very pleasant. Will go again.

So Today Was My First Time Here At This Restaurant. I Had Placed 2 Separate Orders. And I Ordered The .5lbs Crablegs, .5lbs Shrimp No Head, .5lbs Sausage Combo. It Came With 2 Eggs, 2 Potatoes, And A Corn. It Was Around $40 Not Bad Pricing. I Had Like 3 Bites Of My Food Then I Realized I Was Chewing Eggs Shells. It Wasnt 1 Little Piece Here And There It Was Alot Of Eggs Shells. I Had Initially Thought It Was Probably Apart Of The Shells On The Crabs But No… It Wasnt… I Called I Spoke With The Manager On Duty, Yalll They Closed At 10 It Was 9:50… He Said He Pulled The Camera And He Watched The Guy Peel The Eggs. Which Im Sure He Did But Its Not Changing The Fact Im Chewing On The Shells. He Said I Can Come Back For A Remake TOMORROW, Pick Them Out, Or Get A $3.50 Refund… He Was A Sweet Guy But The Options Were Few And Im Still Hungry. Everything Is Closed And I Feel Like I Just Wasted $40… Below Its A Picture Attached And This Is Just What I Took Off The Top…

November 16, 2024...After eating inside I ordered chicken tenders and fries to go so my son can have it later for dinner. The chicken tenders was four tiny pieces. It looked as if they took two tenders and cut it in fours. I asked for a remake or return my money. The manger became upset because it's my money and you will not serve me less and expect me to pay full price. The issue was not about money but let's be for fking real, SIR! We are family the manager said ...well pay your slaves more money 💰.

Their seafood is really nasty. No comparison to Seagate. Their food made my wife sick and in pain. Then they had a attitude and used the black woman as the fall guy. I'm so glad that I never took a bite. As nasty as their food was. Maybe they should find a fresher vendor. Raleigh is no where near water. People die from food poisoning. Especially when it comes to seafood. How can you double right back. When you're in the hospital from their nasty seafood?
