I got the Grandma’s Nanner Puddin’ with the waffle Taco cone. It was amazing. The crunch the additives. I’m a huge fan of banana so this hit the spot. I would definitely recommend going here

My wife and daughter and I grabbed some ice cream on our trip. Didn’t know that it was such a fun process! After just a bit of option overload (ironically I ordered the one called Chocolate Overload) we just bit the bullet and went with a known flavor. My daughter said it was one of the best bites of her life.

My fiend and I got ice cream to finish our meals at West Morgan the other day. I've only had rolled ice cream one other time. Great texture and love the varieties. I got the scores. The roasted marshmallow makes it. My friend got the benelux biscoffee. Even though I loved mine, I was jealous of hers. Have to be back. Perfect ending to any evening at the food hall.

Extremely frustrating experience. The staff here seriously need some basic training in customer communication. They don’t speak clearly, they mumble everything under their breath, and I had to ask multiple times just to understand what they were saying. No one projects their voice, and they act like it’s a chore to even talk to customers.
It’s not just about being polite it’s about being understandable. When you run a business that relies on customer interaction, you need to know how to communicate clearly and professionally. Unfortunately, that’s completely missing here.
To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I overheard the staff talking about me behind my back completely unprofessional and immature. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting even a basic level of respect.

Raleigh Rolls catered the dessert for my daughter's bat mitzvah, and I cannot say enough good things. Not only was the owner a joy to work with, going above and beyond at every step, but the ice cream was the hit of the party, and everyone loved not just the taste but the creation experience. Go to their shop! Book them for your party! This is the kind of business you want to support!
