Really expensive, one of the worst ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. The staff is friendly but the taste is terrible. I couldn’t even finish it and threw it away

Delicious? Yes!!!If you go there you'll definitely need to wait in line if it's during the evening. Waited maybe 15-20 minutes before we could order.I ordered the Monkey N' Around with Oreos mixed in. I enjoyed the ice cream; however, there was not much of a banana flavor to it. It tasted pretty much just like a cookies n cream ice cream. Regardless, it was still pretty good.

Nice looking place with a cool idea . Had fun watching them make it but ice cream had no flavor ! Took 5 kids and they all said the same thing. They said the McDonald's McFlurry is 100 Xs better . It was an experience to watch but will not be going back .

We just stopped in at 9:50pm to get ice cream at our favorite spot, RR. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back, the girls working refused to clean one of the stations for my family, and the sad part is it wasn't even busy. There was one person in front of us and no one else.We drive here from Clayton, just for the experience, It’s unfortunate the individuals working would rather be lazy than serve the customers who support your business and have been since we’ve moved here in 2019.

We went to Raleigh rolls in a morgan food court area. It was a nice place with a lot of flavors . We wanted to try something different and picked three flavors of vanilla wafer, biscoff cookie, and oreo cookies. It turned out amazing. We enjoyed our ice cream. There is enough seating to enjoy whatever you ordered in the food court.

i love the ice cream here and sometimes i go to morgan street food hall just for it. they were very good about my allergy as they typically are, as they told me i had to wait a few minutes for a new freezer trey to get cold. i did not mind waiting but what i did not wait for, was to pretty much get made fun of for my allergy when she whispered to her coworker, "how can you be allergic to.. etc?". it upset me very much and as a result, i will no longer be a returning customer.

The workers were so kind and sweet and accommodating to me ordering multiple orders and even offer to go containers knowing my small children would not finish them
Raleigh Rolls has amazing ice cream it's sooo tasty & takes forever to melt! The service is quick & smooth! The ambiance is chill not a lot of seating if super busy but otherwise to go is perfect! They have so many flavors & the taco is so good too! Definitely fun for the kids & friends or a date!

This place was super cool because you got to watch the ice cream roll right in front of you. I thought the ice cream was a lot and too sweet but it might've just been because of the toppings/mix-ins I got. It was super popular with a long line but the people rolling the ice cream did it really fast! Would come back :)
