Food was cold service was ok but overall not good have had better! Went for dinner to celebrate someone in my family and overall did not turn out good. Had to send my plate back several times.

Well... the service was nice and fast. Breadsticks and salad were good as usual. But the utensils were filthy, unfortunately. Ask for plastic utensils wherever you go.

My chicken Alfredo was missing the chicken. I brought the Alfredo back and was met by the manager Gabby who was concerned with how I was going to pay for my food. My food was supposed to be ready at 8:30. I had to call inside and ask about what is going on with my order. I watched as several servers brought food out to other customers. I felt singled out and Gabby gave me the impression that she doesn't care for black customers. I noticed that she left a group of black women sitting at the bar while greeting other customers at their tables. Maybe she's had a bad experience with black people or something. It worth it for her to know that black hands built America.

The salad was old, the breadsticks were dry and crusty, and when my food came out my lasagna was mushy my Alfredo was cold and the chicken was over cooked. I do not recommend eating here food wasn't very good and staff was slow.

The food is very good! But the service of the waiter Williams F was terrible! I never bring my bread as an appetizer! I called him many times and he didn't listen! Chicken parmesan at the price of $21 should be wonderful. Unfortunately, this was the worst I have EVER had! In the restaurant, it was chew like it wasn't cooked enough. So I only ate the pasta. I just tried to eat the leftovers at home after cooking them myself and they are just as BAD! Not sure if it's a quality issue or what. But I will never eat at this restaurant again!!! I hate that I even have to give this review a one star. They deserve a negative 10 star in my opinion!

Great food with lots of choices even gluten free pasta for my grandson. My favorites are; the salad, breadsticks and Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo.
It was okay. Not great, not horrible …. just OK. Not a place I would take someone for bday dinnner. Service and food not even close to good great like OG in Morehead City. We usually only go to OG when we go to the beach. It was super busy so hats off to the franchise. I may give it another visit during a not so busy time. Happy 2024.

I walked into this Olive Garden last night (Tuesday night) by myself and sat at the bar. I wanted to order a drink and order food to go for my family. There was one couple sitting at a table in the bar area. Other than that the bar was completely empty. The bartender never once acknowledged me. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes and finally got up and left.
