Waited almost an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. Walk-ins were being seated before reservations, doesn't matter if they're waiting over an hour, should have made a reservation. Server took a long time bringing drinks and food to the table. We had to request drink refills. It was crowded and people at one table kept laughing and talking very loudly. None of the restaurant staff addressed this.

This has become our Christmas tradition. Every year we have reservations, but this year was the first time that we were seated promptly. The service was quick and our server was great. I did have a minor issue with my food, but it was resolved by the manager.
