We had a reservation but unfortunately weren't seated until 30 minutes past our reserved time. Despite the delay, we were excited to try the crab boil—especially my 14-year-old grandson, who loves crab and is a big fan of Red Lobster. We ordered two crab boils, a shrimp and fries platter, and a specialty alcoholic drink. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. Our waitress was juggling multiple roles—waiting on other tables and bartending—which left us feeling overlooked. When the crab boils arrived, they were served on a platter instead of the traditional bag presentation. No one informed us of the change until I asked, and only then were we told they had run out of bags. The food arrived cold, and we had to wait an additional 12 minutes just to receive utensils, gloves, and other necessary items to eat it properly. Overall, the service fell short and the highly anticipated crab boil did not live up to the hype. It was disappointing, especially because I had hoped to create a memorable experience for my grandson. We understand that changes are underway to improve service, food quality, and atmosphere. While this visit was not what we hoped for, we may consider returning in the future to see how things have improved. — Mrs. Dixon & Family
Waitress did not come around much and had to flag down multiple times for service. Our food did not come out when it was ready, not at the same time. Waitress put in my order as appetizer, side and side item instead of a meal which meant it costs more. Tarter sauce was awful. I had to wait 5-7 minutes after receiving my potato for butter and sour cream, then potato was barely warm.
The server was terrible her other tables were even complaining and the salad was not fresh and wilted the main course crab legs were ok but not for the price
The food was great and the price was what I had expected. The drinks were not as pictured and not a great value.
The waitress apologize but still we waited more than an hour to even order our food and another one to get it served. Not sure if we were lucky or it's always the same.
Usual dim light dinner. Food was good. The service was top notch. The waiter Larry was top tier. His attentiveness and service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be asking for him when I go back.

We were refused service because we were a party of 6. 2 parents 3 kids and an infant. The host said her manager told her crew that no booths could hold us, despite us being here before! Unbelievable we absolutely won’t be coming back.

This place has been here for some time and it looks bleak and old. The food quality was mediocre and the biscuits were not fresh. The dull atmosphere is not encouraging. It definitely needs a revamp.

I wanted to try lobster fest. The garlic butter lobster tail was so-so. The lobster bisque was very disappointing. The lobster and shrimp linguine was great, so we're the biscuits) in the future I'll stick to the crab.

We celebrated a birthday with a large party (18). In all fairness our party size increased on the day of the dinner, so I was happy they were able to accommodate us. I was given the heads up that during the week they can't guarantee much as it is loosely based on servers and how many are at the restaurant to dine. Our server was pleasant but not able to handle a large party. We had missing food items, orders that were completed wrong, and most in our party waited over an hour to get their food (which was wrong). We brought a cake in and they brought it out at the end (as I requested), but then said they don't sing. Mind you, they had just performed a birthday song for a table not far from us that we heard. Needless to say our experience was not the best. I'm willing to understand if the restaurant is packed, but it was not. I don't think their servers are equipped nor prepared to handle more than 2-4 people. I never saw a manager, although I spoke with him earlier that day (nice and professional). In times like these it pays to have a manager on duty when things fall apart like so.

It's not a surprise why Red Lobster restaurants are going away if this one is typical. We made reservations for a group of 7 but got there to find they didn't have a table for us, so they had to split us up. We were seated and then waited for 15 minutes for drink orders, which took 10 more minutes to arrive. They're clearly understaffed even though they were only 1/3 full. We finally made our food and then 5 minutes later the server returns to tell us they're out of lobster of all things. Most of the food then took 20 minutes to arrive, and it was okay except for lobster flatbread (that lobster they still had) that was very over cooked.
To their credit we were comped a couple items and the flatbread was replaced without even having to ask, so the server and manager tried to make up for a disappointing visit, but they are definitely struggling and it showed.
Vegetarian options: Almost no options but a few sides

Our party spent over 3 hours here for dinner. It took about about 45 min. to get our drinks, 2 hours to get our food, and even then multiple dishes were missing or had to be sent back. We saw the waitress only about 4 times throughout the course of the 3 hours.
