Our family really enjoyed our food at Red Lobster tonight. Everything was hot and delicious. Our waiter Tim (nice guy) friendly definitely goes above and beyond. He made our experience quite memorable. We would definitely recommend this location in Raleigh, NC on Wake Forest Road if you want a great meal and great service.Parking: This Raleigh location has a decent amount of parking spaces. We never have to worry about parking and we've been coming here for years.

The service sucked. We asked for biscuits and they never came out. Asked to speak to the manager on duty and they wouldn’t come out and talked to usWheelchair accessibility: You couldn’t even get in the door unless someone held it open.

We went here for my wife's parents 51st wedding anniversary celebration dinner! Shae was our waitress and she was simply wonderful! What a positive attitude and beautiful smile! The good was great and came out in a reasonable time frame.
I just had a terrible experience making a reservation at this restaurant. The person ( Jolene)that took the reservation was extremely rude and should Never be allowed to deal with the public in Any capacity! She had a very nasty attitude, that I shouldn't have had to endure. She even slammed the phone down in my ear. Upper management need to address this behavior immediately!!! Ten minutes later I decided to call back and speak to the store manager. He was very professional and said that he would speak to her.
