Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Very disappointed. The waitress was rude. The service was slow. Food came out cold. Spoke to a manager, who did take the coke food off the bill, but them tried to charge us for an appetizer that was free. Also there were a lot of dirty tables.

I loved the steak fries. I asked for no pickles and of course they loaded on the pickles. My server had a party of 16+so she was preoccupied.. they said they have military discounts but did not add it to the bill. The kiosk kept freezing. The end of dinner wasn't pleasing but otherwise it was pleasant.

Walked in and a hostess was seating a family in front of us; a host came in behind her and asked us how many, then said to hang on, he had to make sure a table was cleaned off. He stayed gone for a while, and the hostess came back. We mentioned that the host was helping us already, but it had been a minute. She made sly comments and facial expressions like he wasn't supposed to be seating people. When he got back, neither one of them acted like they knew what was going on with the tables, but finally chose one, and he led us over to a table. The table was dirty, and we had to ask to have it wiped down, as well as the booth seat...all the while loose food flying everywhere. The kiosk/tablet had food hanging off the edges and stuck to the screen as well. Later on, the server brought us out 2 small plates with our appetizer, and one of them was absolutely filthy and had to send it back.

The server ended up being decent and fairly quick, even though it looked like they had sat him too many tables.

The food was halfway decent, but not good enough for what the pricing has become ($18 for a burger and fries).

The only super positive thing I can say, is the bartender knew how to draft a beer properly.

Ordered 2 tavern burger with fries for carryout. Burgers were good but fries were cold.
Shame on you for serving cold fries instead of cooking fresh batch.

A dying breed of a chain, and this location certainly has not been spared. The burger was okay, the fries were overpriced freezer fries and the app was not worth commenting on. The server was very sweet and did an excellent job, but she was spread thin, and they only had two servers on staff for the WHOLE FLOOR. Cheap and greasy. Not worth it.

Went here to have a burger with my wife my food came out before my drink and i got a poppin purple lemonade with a Banzai Burger. The burger was good. There was barely anybody in the restaurant which means that there was no excuse for why my food came out before my drink. On top of that my wifes plate had way more fries than mine did I got what looked like the amount that should be given to a kid it's uncalled for.

Not sure what happened to Red Robin in Brier Creek, but tonight was awful. We usually come here for the Veterans Day deal and in the past it has been great. Tonight it took longer than expected to be seated, the waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. We ordered drinks and she left. Came back, still no drinks, ordered food. She left. Food comes...still no drinks. I almost walk up to the bar and order drinks myself. Drinks finally arrive. My wife asks for extra napkins...we never get those. Later, someone brings fries. I'm thinking she anticipated my need as my fries were almost gone. Then she takes them away "those are for someone else". Comes back a while later "did you want more fries?" Plate is empty and drink has been empty for a while.
Finally, my 2 year old is getting anxious so we decide to just go. I pull up the bill and see I was charged for my Veteran's Day meal. I waited and waited until our waitress returned. She said she'd fix it. Wife takes the toddler up front to arrange balloons. Keeps him occupied. 20 minutes pass. No fix and no sign of the waitress. I just pay the bill and leave. What a mess. The Red Robin experience ain't what it used to be.

I was craving a burger, so I decided to try here. It was a Friday night at 8 pm when I got in and was seated immediately. I ordered a shroom burger with added sautéed onions and sub pepper jack cheese with an orea kids shake and steak fries. The burger was cooked perfectly, but the pattie itself lacked any seasoning. Thank goodness for the mushrooms and onions. The fries could have been cooked a tab bit longer but were seasoned pretty good. The kids' size oreo shake was a sweet treat, and I definitely enjoyed it. My server was very nice and attentive. I would definitely be back, but to maybe try something different.
