Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This used to be an amazing place in the first place. Over time it’s lost its essence. I ordered fries and a chicken burger and my wife ordered a black bean burger. The fries were floating in oil and also the burger was tasteless and oily. Looks like the chef/cook has no experience with cooking. They thought if I add more oil to anything it might taste good. Food was horrible please go somewhere else.

My burger was the best I've had in awhile. Sweet potato fries were ok. I like my fried crispy and that is hard with the sweet potatoes. You won't go wrong with a burger though.

Food orders were messed up Food came out really late but the waiter was on point and the young lady Manager. But alot of workers didn't show up and they couldn't handle it own their own. but now workers have returned back to work it's alot better
But I say if you don't have your workers don't accept a party of 30 people or more for 1 waiter.

We always love coming to this location. Good is always great and the kids love it. Only issue we've ever had is sometimes service is slow.

Our family had the best time at this restaurant! The burgers were a huge hit. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We also want to give a special shout-out to the bartender, Shawntel. Even though we were there as a family, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Her friendly energy and amazing service really made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place for a great family meal and be sure to ask for her as your server!

My husband and I got burgers delivered yesterday evening, and they were perfect. The fries were so crispy and still warm. The burgers had a good char, and the buns were crispy. So were the fried onion straws I got on the side for my burger. Their delivery was also fast. It was the best Red Robin meal I’ve had in a while. This location is doing everything right, and the manager Enrique is really leading his team well. I also talked to Kathleen on the phone when called to compliment them, and she was so professional and sweet. Keep up the good work!
