I have worked for another Red Robin location before and I know how much the company prioritizes efficiency and customer satisfaction. My party of 2 decided to stop in for dinner at 5 in the evening. There was one single table sitting and already eating when we walked in but other than that it was empty. We sat for a few minutes and two servers walked by to check on the one table but never came in our direction and ignored us. After 10 minutes of waiting, another table was sat and was immediately greeted by the one of the previous servers who had already walked out and seen us. She served them their drinks and continued moving back towards the back. After about 20 minutes of waiting and being ignored by everyone (while you could clearly hear all of the staff cutting up and making jokes having a good time in the BOH). We decided that no food, especially Red Robin, isn’t worth waiting and being repeatedly ignored while other guests get immediate care and attention. When we decided to leave I let the girl by the front door know why we were leaving and the lack of any service we received and she laughed and turned around. As someone who’s worked in many different types of restaurants, I’d be so utterly embarrassed by how the staff acted and treated people. Genuinely disgusted by how your staff acted. The only staff member that was doing their job was the host who was very nice and attentive while sitting us. Other than that, this location genuinely sucks. Also smells like rotten fish and B.O. when you first walk in.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Red Rubin tonight. The service was terrible and the burger tasted like something I could have gotten at Burger King. If this had been my first time at Red Rubin, I would have given them a one-star review. However, I have had a great burger there before, so I know they are capable of better. I hope this was just an off night for them, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

The fries weren't hot, so we were given more. The manager stopped by our table which was a generous act. The server(Tee) was very attentive, even with working the bar as well.

Tonight, the food took 45 minutes or longer to get to our table. How is it on a Thursday at 7 PM when the restaurant is only 1/3 packed that my brother and I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for our entrees?! Our server was nice about the situation and was apologetic about the food taking so long, but this is way too long to be waiting?

I have not been to a Red Robin in several years, decided to give them a try tonight. Our server was Adam who greeted us promptly. We ordered hamburger and bottomless fries and clucks and fries. The hamburger was good however the bottomless fries were disappointing in the amount given hence why it's called bottomless. Overall not bad, will come back.

I am from Alberta, and Red Robin has shut down and left. I was kind of happy that I got to go to one again.The first thing that struck me were the options that were available that I'd never heard of. Fondue burger? Pizza? Scorpion? Too many things to try! I selected the fondue burger.While I waited, I appreciated the decor.My burger arrived. First thing - I was sorely disappointed with the fries. It wasn't the large steak cut fries I was expecting. A bunch of stumpy small fries less than an inch long with a few longer ones thrown in. It looked like leftovers from the basket.The burger was... bland. Very bland. No taste except from the bacon that was on it. It seemed like it came from a big box of frozen burgers. This may have been highlighted by the fact there wasn't any greens, tomato, or other toppings with my selection. I made myself finish it.The fondue was good. It became a bit much after dipping both the burger and fries in it. I had to start using ketchup to cut the richness.All in all, acceptable service, but the food really let me down.Parking: Parking was tight, but I found a spot.
