I ordered Uber Eats, and my order was wrong, so I left Rise a Voicemail since they are the ones who fix the food. A manager named Ken called me back and apologized and said he will refund my money. I gave him the i formation he asked for. He calls me back to say I need to take it up with Uber Eats and hung up on me. I tried to call back and he kept sending me to his cell voice mail. Everybody knows Uber Eats don't take phone calls any longer I would never order from them again. My job orders for us there 3 times a week but Ken needs to know how to manage not be a coward and hang up.

I took a star off because they got rid of the buffalo chicken sandwich. Shame :/ it's usually busy in there, so I try to order online.

I’ve moved Raleigh recently & RISE is conveniently located , just 5minutes away. I’m pleased with the food so far on my second visit. I like having the option to order online & pickup in 20minutes. Other comments on the size of the biscuits I found them comparable with other breakfast types of grab n go places.My food was delicious!

I had Rise for the first time in Memphis and loved it, and was excited to try it again. My excitement was not let down. The food was just as delicious as I remembered and the staff were just as friendly. I really enjoyed the coffee as well and the pumps of syrup to sweeten up my coffee.
First time so was a little confused until they helped me understand how to order. Very nice employees and patient for this 81 year old lady. Just moved in the area and will definitely be returning.

Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was delicious! Actually I had the cheddar biscuit which made the sandwich even better! It was easy to order online, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice but the food was disappointing, the chicken tenders were smaller than popcorn chicken balls and the biscuits were super dry. My previous experience at the Morrisville location was awesome, the tenders were bigger, biscuits moist. I paid $50 for the meal at this location I’m still depressed.
