First time visiting. Placed an order online and went to pick up. I was not aware of having to pick up my food from the machine by typing in the code. The manager Tim was very rude and sarcastic when I questioned if that’s where I picked up the food. He treated me very disrespectful and told me to leave. I only questioned if that was were I picked up the food as it was my first time picking up. I don’t think I will go here again due to how rude Tim was. I think the owner should reconsider how the leadership treats customers as this can affect their profit and growth.The Rudeness is unnecessary Tim!

I'm not sure of the name of the manager that was on duty, but his service was excellent he provided me with 2 delicious donuts and one ham biscuit that my mother savored for hours because it was so delicious. I will definitely be back. And thank you.

I love going to Rise. Their biscuits are the best and always a good size. Oh and don't get me started on the vegan chicken. It tastes so good I have to stop and make sure it's vegan and not real chicken.Vegetarian options: You can get veggie sausage or chicken, both are great.

Absolutely love Rise, and the team! Very friendly, and always willing to assist. I'm usually greet with a smile for the lady that works their with the tattoos (I never got her name) but she is so genuine, and you can tell take pride in her work. There is also a gentleman likely the manager always there helping, filling, orders, and answering questions. Food is delicious, and hits every time. The donuts are dense, but I love it because it thick. The pimento cheese, bacon, chicken sandwich on the blueberry biscuit SLAPPS with the fried okra!! Try it you'll thank me later.Dietary restrictions: If you have restriction that you should eat fried, or heavy sugared foods...this isn't for you. This is more of a treat cheat day kind of meal.

They could use some stickers or something to distinguish them, like some other fast food places do. I have had the grits box at the Morrisville location at Village district!!! At both locations I had to walk back inside and let them know how good the food was!! I ordered takeout and tasted it in the car!! Before I knew it it was all gone! LMBO ?

Everything on the menu is incredible, their biscuits are freshly made and the selection of options has great variety, no matter what you get you wont be disappointed. This is my go to spot for breakfast to-go and make sure to try the maple bacon donut.
