RTC catered our wedding ceremony. We are so satisfied with the quality of the food and service. The staff was so professional and kind. Our guests were impressed by the level of service that was provided. The food actually tasted better when plated for the service than it did at the actual tasting. If we need catering in the future, RTC will be our top consideration.
I had a disappointing experience with Rockytop Catering on my wedding day, December 14, 2023. The biscuits served during cocktail hour were dropped and wasted, creating an embarrassing scene. The chicken and beef served during dinner were rubbery, cold, and inedible. When we tried to address the issue, they claimed to have never made bad food in 19 years and offered no resolution. I cannot speak highly enough of Rocky Top Catering and specifically of Vicki Tong and the service that she delivered on our wedding day! We had our wedding at The Upchurch recently and Rocky Top blew away our expectations.
