The Fettuccine Alfredo was extremely bland. The Chicken Marsala was very good except for some under cooked Capellini. The atmosphere was very family friendly. When we arrived, the person at the desk said it would take 1 hour to get a table. I noticed several unseated tables, so we stayed. It took 15 minutes to get a table. Great thing is that the restaurant was close to the hotel.

WORST EXPERIENCE! We arrived for our 12-year old's pre-sports lunch of pasta and salad...a few tables were full and most already had their food. 25 minutes after ordering, we asked about our lunch and we were told they "only had one cook in the kitchen" and they hadn't even started our food!! First, they knew that when we sat down...second, then why wasn't the manager in there helping out...and third, it was PASTA AND SALAD!! It wasn't that difficult or time consuming!! And when we left to find a fast food alternative (since our quality meal time was gone!), they charged us full-price for drinks and the appetizer they had just set down (which we didn't have time to eat!), and when my husband asked to speak to the manager, he wouldn't even come to talk to him!! Corporate needs to fire EVERYONE and revamp and train up a quality and efficient crew that lives up to the Macaroni Grill name!! SO DISAPPOINTING!!

Horrific. Completely overwhelmed on Valentine's Day. 7 PM reservation was seated at 7:45. By 815 we received drinks. By 9 o'clock we received our stone cold appetizer that was supposed to be hot by 9:40 we still have not received our food and walked out. Thank goodness taco trucks are still open. Will somebody please put this restaurant out of its misery. It's been along time since I went to macaroni grill and it will be forever until I go to another one.

Had a great experience with Jordan our waiter!! He made out experience special... The manager Teresa was wonderful!!! we felt like royalty!! The first server was terrible, we had to ask for another server!! The experience started out Rocky!! but we ended up having a outstanding time!! We love this restaurant and we will be back!!

We usually come in every couple of weeks. Dylan remembers what we order all the time. He is very friendly and makes sure we are well taken care of. Big shout out to Dylan!

This was a first time four us to eat here! Loved it! Can't say enough good things! We got a Margherite Pizza, Parmesan Truffle Fries with unlimited soup. We tried all 3 soups- Tomato Basil, Bean soup and Lobster Bisque. The service was great too. Jasmine was our server and she was the only one working. She was excellent and made us feel like we were her only customers. I 100% recommend eating here!

I had a great experience here! I got the Mac n cheese which was amazing along with a salad and chocolate cake! Jordan was our server and he was so great! Very friendly and helpful, offered great suggestions and you can tell he really cares about his job! The company gave me a free dessert coupon for my birthday and also a 25% off coupon which was amazing! I’m so glad I came here! It was a great evening!

I truly appreciate Manager Teresa & staff for going above and beyond for me throughout the planning process, and execution of my baby shower tonight. She made it an effort to make this as stress free as possible for me, and I will remember this day for the rest of my life. I'm giving this a 4 star just because I felt like I was in a restaurant right before being on Gordon Ramsay's kitchen hell tv show to whatever because the inside is very large and nobody was there at 6 pm but anywaysss I was seated quickly (at a booth since she asked immediately thank god) and got our drinks, olive oil, and bread in less then 5 minutes. The macaroni balls were fantastic and the mamas something was good but I feel like it was all mad 2 days prior and was just slapped in the oven to heat it up since it was luke warm in the center of the lasagna but other than that y'all 6 or so chefs did good

My visit to this particular Macaroni Grill was filled with mishaps and bad tasting food. We were seated quickly-it was before the dinner rush hour. Ordered drinks and waited.....when after several minutes our waitress returned to inform us that they were out of certain ingredients. Ok, we change the tea flavor. She let's us know our bread is on the way and we order-we have always loved Macaroni Grill. We wait..and wait and wait...finally our salads arrive...brown edged and not looking or tasting fresh at all. Several minutes later our waitress returns to let us know that they have lost our order ticket! She asks us again what we want and resubmits our order. Another long interval goes by and she brings our bread. When our meal finally arrives...total disaster! The lasagna was seriously over cooked and burned on the bottom...it was obvious that it had been microwaved. The sausage rigatoni had 2 whopping slices of sausage and was drowning with mushrooms. We didn't finish our meal. The lasagna was inedible. The cost of that meal was taken off and the rest reduced by 25%. For what we did eat...we both became ill ...we won't be returning.

Great food and great staff! Went on two separate occasions at different times of the day and received excellent service from the wait staff. We are vegetarians and the food choices are super accommodating. The waiters were very friendly and educated us on how to create meals that fit our diet. The atmosphere of the restaurant was laid back and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and will most certainly be visiting again in the near future!!!

My family went on Christmas Day. The place was very busy. The staff told us that things were a little backed up and we would have to wait a little past our reservation time. Teresa, the manager, would come up front to check on her team. Everyone of her team members seemed more then happy to be there away from their families to serve us. I wish the same could be said for the guests. The hostess would say Merry Christmas to each guest as they left. Not one person replied (how sad). People were mad and took their "hangry" attitudes out on the team. It was sad to see the people who gave up time with their families to come serve us get treated so badly. My hat is off to Teresa and her team. I never saw them waiver in positive attitude and Christmas cheer. Our server was great and the bartender pitched in with drinks to help out. Romano's is luck to have the team members they do at the Raleigh location.

This was my time here and the Food was absolutely fantastic. Freshly made. The chicken parmesan was very flavorful. Chicken was not dry it was very moist and delicious. Decor was beautiful. Bartender was helpful. Reasonable prices for good authentic food. Will be coming back.

In all fairness, when going to one of only a few restaurants that happen to be open on Christmas day, it's unreasonable to expect perfection. After all, with many families looking for a respite from cooking, the kitchen was slammed putting meals together for both takeout and seated patrons.
