Ribs were Dry with minor amount of Sauce mashed potatoes was also dry as if it was reheated....Fresh Ribs are moist and soft...these Ribs seemed reheated ...I am am very displeased with this order.... I have no choice but to eat this because it cost me 20 dollars for this meal with delivery fees and Tips..... I feel cheated

No ma'am.Food took a 1.5 hr. 45 minutes before we got or appetizers, Steak was $20 a plate and taste like was boiled in water. Only thing was good was the salad bar.It was my b'day, so it made things worse.waitress wasn't that great,She had 3 tables and couldn't hsndle that.Theirs no teamwork there at all.I ask another waitress for a fork, and she said let me find your waitress.I use to work at a Ruby Tuesday's along time a go.It was never like this.We all help each other.
You would think due to COVID food would have been better and IT WAS TERRIBLE. Broccoli and cheese was oily and hardly no broccoli. Never again.

Waited 15 minutes and had to go find someone to take my order. Waited about 40 minutes for food. Only had one waiter working entire sitting section. Hostess didn't offer to help, take drink order. Stood at podium texting and playing in phone. Very disappointed.
