This was my first time at Ruth's Chris, and it's definitely not my last time!
Had our work Christmas lunch here, and everything was amazing, from the strawberry mango mojito to the calamari appetizer to my main entrée!! Everything tasted sooooo good!!
The service was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant !! Very nice steak house!! Can't wait to come back!

One of the best steakhouses I've ate at. It's literally in my top 10 in the united state. I highly recommend it for those serious couples. the atmosphere, service and food will seal the deal. For those new to this level of service dress shirt and pants wouldn't hurt.

If you have not been to the bar during happy hour to meet Tia and enjoy her pomegranate martini and beautiful spirit!!! What are you doing with your life? The spicy shrimp and ahi tuna, was amazing! We will be back to see you soon. Thank you Tia!!!

Meat was a piece of gristle with very little meat. . Service was horrible. Accompaniment were cold. . No one asked about the food. Asked multiple times for assistance. No one cared to check on us. Had to ask for bread and Silverware .2nd bad experience here.

Perhaps going on a holiday wasn’t the best idea. The service was just mediocre. After being seated it took quite a while to get drinks. The server took quite a while coming to take our food order. The food was good, but not as good as it has been in the past. It will be a while before I’ll be coming back.

I’m leaving this review because Ruth’s Chris has to be held to a higher standard. I had an excellent meal (minus the shoe string fries which literally tasted like a bowl of croutons) and a delicious bottle of wine that the manager recommended. However, the service at this location is not up to par. I’m used to a Ruth’s Chris where the atmosphere is dimly lit, table cloths are on every table, my plate is cleared right away, etc. this did not happen. I had to ask my waiter to clear the table so we could have room for new plates. Multiple people came up to our table to say they would be our waiter. Little things like that are the reason people are willing to pay such a high dollar to eat here. Whoever is running this branch needs to go to an OG location, step it up, and put a little more money into the atmosphere as a whole. Why are there TVs in a Ruth’s Chris (face palm). If this was a chilis I wouldn’t be saying all of this. You know what I mean?

What happened to this place? The original Ruth Chris located here at North Hills had a terrific atmosphere. This new location has absolutely horrendous ambiance. The lighting is awful with overhead florescent lighting like a school classroom and the lights cannot be turned down, we asked and said it was not possible. This not a fine dining restaurant experience. Also, the overall layout and design of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired with how folks enter and leave the restaurant and the bar layout. We were so disappointed in the experience. Food was still very good and service good, but a major downgrade in a fine dining experience. So frustrating!! Ruth Chris management should know better than to design a restaurant like this if they want to attract and retain patrons.

Visited this location on Thanksgiving with my Mom. The table was beautifully set and the ambiance and the restaurant was lovely and truly made me feel the holiday spirit. Our waitress Riley was great. Very sweet, personable and attentive and made a really good strawberry martini! We had the spicy shrimp, crab crakes, lobster mac, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be returning to this location.
