I absolutely love the pho here! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the beef melts in your mouth. It’s comforting, authentic, and always served hot — just the way pho should be!
We wanted Pho and our normal shop was closed for vacation so we showed up on a Sunday eve around 5:45 .. The parking lot in front was full of cars....not a soul at any tables. Not a good sign. Ordered combo Pho... hubby said just ok. I ordered cold Vermicelli with grilled pork. I received Lemon Grass beef. Which came out in about 60 seconds. Again .. not a good sign to me. It may have been grilled prior and put in fridge but when it got to me it was doused in a soy(?) based...
The hostess/waitress was so nice!!! We came in around 7:10, didn’t know they were closing early (7:30) and were still sat and able to eat in the restaurant! We even offered to take it to go and she said it wasn’t an issue for us to stay. Food was delicious, would absolutely come here again and recommend the restaurant to friends. Great pho spot!
