I love this place. HOWEVER, I would not go if you are a vegan or vegetarian and are very strict about diet. My husband and I go here a lot.. by that I mean sometimes 10+ times a week. I love to order the sweet potato roll and for a long time, only ever ordered veggie rolls because that’s just what I like. Every. Single. Time. I get random fish eggs in my rice. I never order it and it doesn’t come on the rolls.. it’ll be like 5 tiny little fish eggs on a roll but still.....
Always been a favorite! But I must point out some things that need work and attention to detail. The booths are very old and seats are ripping. Feel the wires poking through. We had to move ourselves to a less “uncomfortable” table. Still old seats. We had to just move without asking because the waitress would not look our way so we could tell her. After we moved, she still didn’t look and didn’t come!! Next, we waited a long time until I got tired and went up to the front...
I have eaten here for several years, whether it be dine in or take out. For the most part, the food is good, but this review is based off the last few times I’ve gotten take out. I ordered the Filet Mignon Teriyaki and asked for it to be cooked in extra sauce. Not only did you not cook it in extra sauce like I asked, but there is no way the meat I got was Filet Mignon; it appeared to be flank steak or some other type of steak.
