Used to be a great place ! Went there today and paid extra for white sauce, he confirmed my order then when they finished my plate and I asked for the sauce the OWED ME, the man would not confirm that I paid WHEN I DID! SO WRONG! Scammers! Schemers! Do not pay for extra anything here! They will charge and not provide! Stay away!!!!! Also REFUSED to give me a bag to put my food in!!

Worst customer service. I ordered chicken teriyaki before leaving the mall. Got home to eat it and the chicken was not done, pink and goeey. So I decided to try to cook it some more before driving all the way back to the mall. Well, that didn’t help at all. So I drove all the way back to the mall, explained what happened and I can not believe the attitude and continuous push back I recieved on how I ordered it an hour ago and it looked fine. The looks they gave me. They way she slammed and pushed my food down the line and rushed me to get it (with a customer in front of me) The only reason I’m didn’t push back is because I knew that’s what they expected and wanted. I smiled, got my food and immediately ran to make this review!

They charge $1 for each sauce and to get vegetables on the side is $6 I want be goin back here

Love the North Riverside location they’re always delicious and the customer service is friendly and welcoming to say the least.

Super yummy. Attentive staff. Friendly service. Cheap and very delicious. Will be back!

Always rude customer service. 93 cents for now their smaller white sauce containers. Tried to ask about their $5 off to sign up for their app and the guy could care less to help and answer any questions. Might I add this is he only place at the mall who doesn’t give refills for their drinks…

Waited a while to get our food which we didn’t mind BUT when our number was called I stepped up to get my order and the worker packaging and handing out the food looked me up and down and asked me for my receipt as if I was trying to steal the food that I’d JUST PURCHASED. Mind you I had the cup with the logo FROM HIS RESTAURANT IN MY HAND!!! I stood there and he NEVER asked the following 3 Hispanic customers for their receipt prior to handing them their food. Disrespectful to say the least and I made sure to let him know that I saw and felt the disrespect.

The people that worked there where very rude nasty attitude while fixing my food i wouldn't recommend no one going there ask them for something to eat attitude its over there when they could have simply gave me something to eat with when it was right beside them first time going there and last time going there.

My meal was ...just OK. I got the Chicken Teriyaki. Some of the chicken pieces were a little bit tough. Overall, the Teriyaki did not have much flavor. The portion was generous, but it was overpriced compared to other places. It was nice that you could see the chicken being cooked. I got the steamed rice because the fried rice looked mediocre for the extra price. The service was efficient. $13.54 for the meal and a drink.
