Waited a while to get our food which we didn’t mind BUT when our number was called I stepped up to get my order and the worker packaging and handing out the food looked me up and down and asked me for my receipt as if I was trying to steal the food that I’d JUST PURCHASED. Mind you I had the cup with the logo FROM HIS RESTAURANT IN MY HAND!!! I stood there and he NEVER asked the following 3 Hispanic customers for their receipt prior to handing them their food. Disrespectful to say the least and I made sure to let him know that I saw and felt the disrespect.
My meal was ...just OK. I got the Chicken Teriyaki. Some of the chicken pieces were a little bit tough. Overall, the Teriyaki did not have much flavor. The portion was generous, but it was overpriced compared to other places. It was nice that you could see the chicken being cooked. I got the steamed rice because the fried rice looked mediocre for the extra price. The service was efficient. $13.54 for the meal and a drink.

We bought 40 dollars in food from them and then had to pay 3 00 for a drink refill and the blade at the cash register was rude and thought I didn't understand her talking about us black people always want something for free . Careful when you try to speak in there language you never know who can understand what they are saying. Very very very very very very very very very very unprofessional Will never eat here again so please anyone who goes here expect to get rude service and charged for refills on your drank after you buy food

My husband and I realize his order is being made incorrectly, we show them the receipt. We wait for his to be made correctly, no big deal. I know that we paid for two containers of yum yum sauce because I read the receipt several times when trying to resolve the mistake. We take our food to the table, before even sitting down I see that we didn’t get our sauce so I go up and ask for them. The woman at the register needs to see my receipt before giving them to me. I see that it is still down at the end of the line where we resolved the first issue. I wait in line again, just to get to the receipt at the end of the counter. Then she says that there is just one sauce on the receipt and I don’t argue, I just take one because I’m frustrated and ready to eat. The sauce should have been handed to us when we got our drinks but they don’t remember if they did or didn’t give them to us, my food is barely warm from having to wait for my husbands order to come out correctly and then standing in line to get the receipt. I wasn't trying to get anything for free because we paid for 2. But why be so difficult? It’s a 2oz cup of watered down mayo and paprika.

I have been going to the one in Pensacola Florida since I was a child and have always had a great experience. Delicious food, so consistent every time.
I left a 3 star review a few months ago on this Sarku restaurant and I see they deleted it lol. Must cant take the heat. The past 3 times the Sarku app has been buggy and messing up my order and this was the final straw. I decided to give them another chance but this Sarku let me down once again. I ordered through the app specifically to get the Buy one Get one free Teriyaki Chicken plate. After realizing they only gave me one in the bag I brought it back and wanted the other one, the so called manager, owner, whatever he is told me that the system said I only ordered one and there was NOTHING he could possibly do. I even asked if I can just get my money back and he told me No that he can not do that or just give me the other free one. It makes ZERO sense that I have to call corporate to get my $10 back. It sucks because I really like the food but the cashier and manager have got to go, everytime i’ve gone here, i’ve gotten a nasty attitude from them. I use to recommend this place when people asked me for good teriyaki places but that is no more. This was my absolute last and final time coming to this establishment.

Wow. Where to start? None of the associates prepping food were wearing gloves nearly every time I go there, someone has an attitude on the other side of the counter, and the portion sizes are terrible. I mean really??? You can give a little more rice at least
Excellent food. Friendly service. Large portions for the price! I recommend the teriyaki chicken (about $12 for a large styrofoam box of food)

2.5 stars for the most consistently busy business in the food court is crazy. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Matter fact, I don’t go to the mall to shop. I come to the mall to eat here. I always order “chicken teriyaki, with fried rice, no vegetables” and I don’t put any white sauce. I always ask them to put more teriyaki sauce too before I grab my plate
