I came by there asked what time they open the guy said soon but I can get your order which he did. The lady that took my order was not friendly at all. I paid for my food almost $20 and they barely put any chicken or shrimp and they felt bothered when I asked for hot sauce he brought the bottle and had me fill the sauce cups asked for a bag he said it’s there take it. When you spend your money at least be able to get descent service and feel like they are being bothered. I will not be eating there any more just terrible. I’ll spend my money somewhere else

Ask for a refill on a payed reg. Tea and you get no refill! Guy working there was just ignoring me because he knew I wanted a refill tea. After I had to say hey can I get a refill he said there are no refills I paid $259 and I expect one refill. The food taste was a little below average. They put it in a small container making it look like you got alot. Of course it was plenty. I should have done the Bourbon Street kitchen right beside them. I think they will be better.

While the service was good, the food was SO BLAND. Also be careful the price you see usually isn’t what you will be paying. They charge 3 dollars for a SMALL white sauce, tea is 4 dollars so add that on top of the original price of the meal. So disappointing.

The cashier is outright rude if you don't speak Spanish to them. I was offered a sauce to go with my food. I asked what sauce was that and he just shrugged it off sating "it's just a sauce" Welcome, customers with allergies... What a joke of a

I’ll never go back!Tried for the first time at Crabtree Valley Mall and it was terrible!I ordered steamed dumplings and rice and came back to my office. When I opened the box I noticed the dumplings were fried and NOT steamed. Also, I found a big hair in the middle of the rice. Disgusting ?They should give my money back!

No idea why this place has low stars cause it's actually really good. I got the chicken teriyaki special with fried rice and vegetables with extra sauce. It was delicious!! Love that they cook everything right in front you so you know it's fresh. Staff was very nice as well. Again, no idea why this has low stars but for me personally, I give it two thumbs up. Would definitely go back again!

Meh. Just okay. Definitely nothing special. I wanted to try something different so I got the teriyaki shrimp and rice and asked for just the rice and shrimp. I open up the container and it's got cabbage mixed in with the rice. Yuck!! Yes the people behind the counter have the personality of a hubcap but that's okay because I'm not expecting a social exchange. I am expecting a decent meal though. I definitely didn't get that. The food was just bland. Bland as in opening up your mouth and inhale large amounts of air and then swallow it. THAT'S what I mean by "bland". In short, go to McDonald's. Their food is way better!!

Definitely not representing the brand well. This college park location has some of the nastiest rudest workers & the food is garbage. At least put the food where your mouth is. Food was not cooked well, soggy & chewy.

It seems their portions are getting smaller and smaller by the month . I have many friends who stopped going there because portions kept shrinking . Sorry to see stupid decisions drive people away .
