Erica did a GREAT job accommodating a variety of dietary needs, delivering on time and hot, and the meal got RAVE reviews. It's hard to make 70 people happy, and she did it! I was told by the teacher rep to the PTA "This is everyone's favorite meal you've ever done!"

The taste was amazing - chicken was flavorful, purple yam (?) tortillas were fluffy, roasted beet hummus was delish (and I don't normally like beets). I can't say enough good things about it. Best of all, I felt good eating it because it's all gluten free, made from scratch, and using the best ingredients. Highly recommend Satori Meals if you've got a busy schedule but still want to eat healthy, homemade, meals.
