Today, my family and I had a great time dining at this pizza restaurant in the mall. The pizza and baked ziti were incredibly tasty, and the prices were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and even took the time to explain how their pizza rewards program worked. I will definitely be recommending this pizza place to everyone.
Parking: There is an abundance of free parking available at the mall.

Decided to get a slice of pizza while on my lunch break. Requested no ice on my refill of their expensive lemonade and was told ice is required on drinks! What a ripoff! I wonder if they even clean their ice machine on regular basis. Keep your money and go someplace else!

This is my third time within the same month of trying to place an order for pick up and they are always out of something. The first two times they were out of tomatoes and mushrooms, and today they are out of tomatoes. I’m trying to understand, How does a pizza place run out of tomatoes that often? Also the customer service sucks!

Service was negative 5 stars..We came to the mall today at 1200. The guy here at Sbarro had a major attitude. He did not acknowledge that we were even at the counter inquiring when we could place our order and when he did finally turn around to see us, he didn’t greet us. He answered our question about when pizza would be done with big attitude saying “15 minutes” and turned his back to us again. We waited 25 minutes to go back and order in the long line of others that were waiting and he told the customer at the front of the line “do you see any pizzas”…which made everyone immediately leave. To say the service was piss poor at this establishment is an understatement. We didn’t eat anything at this establishment.

Asked to order a XL pizza. The worker literally said No, you can have what's already made. The other worker didn't say a word and had ear buds in the whole time.
So I got there at 10:30 AM. She said she don’t open up until 11:30 AM. The food sit out until she opens is hard and dry. And I came by at 11:21 and she said they still doesn’t open until 1130. So I went in on the website and say you guys open 11 o’clock. Her attitude is if she don’t want to be there if she don’t want to be there, she need to quit. She has a very nasty attitude. This is the manager. I don’t mind spending my money with Asian people. They are very attentive, and they make sure I have my food on time.

We just left the mall and my 12 yr old daughter loves your pizza we went early and staff kept telling us the open at 12:30 so we waited went up at 12.28 and they said we open at 12:30 I said I know we are just waiting finally they came from back at 12:32 kept ignoring us and finally helped us was so rude and short awful customer service they need to be re trained or they just hate working for sbarro it really shows even when we walked away from my daughter asked why were they so mean mom. It was really embarrassing I always leave tips but did not due today to their behavior unacceptable! I think the owner should be aware of this and make some changes I will not be going back to this certain sbarro unless changes are made!

Rude and disrespectful. After not putting a carrot cake that i paid for in my bag, i returned for the cake. The lady accused me for trying to get a cake for free. I told her the tip i gave you was more expensive than this cake. She said, "I doubt you guys give a tip."Insinuating minorities don't tip. Stay away if you are a minority. Incident happened on 03/18/2023 at 4:05 pm. The lady was white. I hope this store address this serious issue, it's unacceptable.

Rude and disrespectful. After not putting a carrot cake that i paid for in my bag, i returned for the cake. The lady accused me for trying to get a cake for free. I told her the tip i gave you was more expensive than this cake. She said, "I doubt you guys give a tip."Insinuating minorities don't tip. Stay away if you are a minority. I would give them a 0 stars but I placed an order in advance for a party and they forgot about my order. And waited over and hour to get it once I explain I didn’t need it and I’ll just take my refund they said they would not give it to me and take it up with my bank worst experience in triangle mall coming from both managers. I would never eat or order there again
