Granted, they're having work done inside, I still enjoyed myself for lunch. While not a fan of crunchy seafood, I still think it's really good. The Cajun fries were fantastic. Can't wait to go back for a boil bowl

Just left this place yesterday and the food was great as always. However the atmosphere is awful, I am assuming they preparing for a remodel, but do not want to lose out on the money if they were to close for the renovations. When I walked in I was not acknowledged nor greeted .There is literally a mess in the center of the floor. I witness multiple parties leave due to the atmosphere of the establishment. It was like the business called in the family to hangout at the bar. I get that we as a culture like to have music and enjoy ourselves but the music was loud and just not acceptable for a business. The server was excellent once she knew I was in her section. Overall this place has definitely gone down hill and I probably will not return.

My sister was visiting from out of town and wanted crabs. Seagate was recommended enthusiastically. We googled and became excited. She wanted crabs, and my daughter and I wanted sushi. We arrived at a sign on the door stating they were remodeling and had limited hours. No problem. We went inside, and for a remodeling project in progress, it wasn't too bad.
The gentleman greeted us hesitantly as if they weren't expecting patrons to enter. We decided to do a carry out order. As we're looking over the given menu, there is no sushi listed. Thus, I inquired about the sushi menu. "We don't have sushi" and taps on a notice posted on the countertop (the same notice posted on the door). We begin to reread the notice and become confused because there is no mention of sushi in the notice. We obviously look confused, and he is becoming frustrated as he begins to explain there is no sushi and continues pointing and tapping on the notice. We were ready to leave, but he insisted on explaining the notice.
"Where does it say no sushi?" He continues to explain. The lady behind the counted jumps in with a snarky comment that they don't serve sushi, and it was silly of us to think we would find sushi in that establishment.
More confused faces.
"Isn't this called Seagate Crab & Sushi? Never mind, I don't want anything."

Our Wegmans sushi was top tier that evening, to say the least.

It was good as usual but the food was extremely a lot better seasoned. I mean it was a lot better and the timing was crazy fast for our food. They didn't wait for all our food to get done. They bought it out to us as it was done being prepared so everything was hot and delicious.

If you order Snow Crab, dont think you will get a half of 1/2 lb, because only 1 Cluster is all you will get. Food very scarcely put in a bucket only to leave hungry, unless you order more food. For the money this was a waste of my time. I will never visit there again. Only to talk to the mgr only to find an out right argument instead of kind friendly service. The taste of the food ok, but rotten customer service and very small amount.

I went on a Friday with friends and we had an awesome time because they had karaoke. We had a ball and the food was really good. I ordered sushi. The only thing I did not like is they serve your adult beverages in a small plastic cup and charge as if it is in standard glass.

The service was terrible and the atmosphere was less than desirable. The seating at the booth was terribly cracked and uncomfortable.

My wife and my friend and I came here yesterday at 7:30. Dead quiet we are only ones. Ordered most expensive sushi boat and king crab 1lbs. King crab was cold inside, potatoes were rot inside. Sushi boar had 5 kinds of sashimi and nigiri unlike 16 kinds of sashimi and 10 kinds of nigiri that was written in menu. All fish served had odd color like imitation meat. One unagi roll set had two rolls that contained shelled lobster tail hidden . It was not a decoration since it was buried in these two rolls that look the same with the rest. In the end, everyone from kitchen mostly chinese guys yelled at us and kicked us out free of charge. No apologies given. My wife had stomachache that midnight and following the next early morning. Twice. Pleasee do not go here.
