Garner location advertises on Doordash, allows you to place an order and says they are preparing your food. Only to find out 45 minutes later the location isn't even open. Take people's money and delivering no food is bad business.

Well it's hard to write a review because I had 1 great experience and one horrible experience. First time I went was great! The course was so fun, the employees were nice, the beer was good, and it was clean. The second time I went I guess there was a birthday party with little kids? Cool, but the kids were running around and climbing on the putt putt courses like it was a playground. My brother was in from out of town so we wanted to spend some time together and the whole time these kids were running through the course we were on and launching their golf balls all over the courses. They were hanging on the zipline, climbing over the walls..etc. It was bad. They weren't supervised and nobody did anything about it. Parents, take your kids to a playground or indoor trampoline park. This ain't it. Why was this allowed?

The burgers are great and I love that you can add a dry rub to the fries like garlic Parmesan. It was super busy when they first opened but now it’s not too busy in the drive through.
I have been to several Steak n Shakes but have NEVER seen one this dirty and unkept! Parking lot was empty at 5pm which is unusual. Every other one of these restaurants have been packed everytime we have stopped to eat. That shouldve been the first red flag.. The landscape outside was unkept and grown up. Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed how dirty the windows and doors were. It looked disgusting. I did however notice the rating was 98. At least the kitchen area was clean but thats all. We had to order and pay for our food instead of being seated and served. This was unlike the other Steak n Shakes we have eaten at. I am not complaining about that part of it. It was just not like the other ones we have been to. I will not be going back to this location even though the food tasted as good as the others always are. Disappointed in this establishment!
