Great food at affordable prices. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing team that is friendly and very quick. The owner seems like a genuinely nice guy who takes pride in his business and his workers. One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in the area.

Such a great restaurant, I was surprised there was not a line out the door. Hand made, delicious and creative burgers and chicken sandwiches for $6-9, and fries for $2 - can't find these prices anywhere anymore, much less at this high quality. Working my way through the menu with each visit, it's that good! Highly recommend!

You see the pictures, right? You see the prices, right? It's not a trick, it's as good as it looks and they don't double the prices after. If you're near this place you should probably go eat here.

Food is not cooked properly. I miss Steak and Shake.. outside menu is a fire hazard blinking off and on do not do drive through. I gave back my spicy burger and was told it's not spicy. Arguing with customer. Drive through day shift blames night shift WTH..... Sad scenerio. Calling FDA today.

We ordered thru the Sean’s Shack website online ordering link as we normally do and drove up to the speaker. We were told to drive up to the window due to our food not being ready yet, but we didn’t mind waiting. There was a car in front of us waiting for their food. Consequently, we waited for about 10 minutes as they prepped his order. By the time we got up to the window, 3 cars had lined up behind us. We told the girl that we had a mobile order she immediately snapped at us and said “no, you need to go inside”. I explained in the many times we’d done this, we’ve never been told we had to go inside. She caught an attitude and stated they were busy and the order wasn’t ready - mind you, she didn’t know which order she was referring to bc she never asked. I said our order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago, we’ve never had to go inside, and if she was going to be rude about it I’d like to switch it to a curb side. She said to pull up, comes out with yet more attitude talking about some order for 7:30, yelling at us saying it’s not ready and questioning us. We finally had a chance to speak and let her know that we placed the order at this point, well over 30 minutes ago and it was only for 2 burgers. Even showed her the order on my phone. She said she was talking about another order, got confused, and walked away. She came back ages later with the right order and issued a bare minimum apology. To say I was not only embarrassed by irate at the lack of attention, customer service, and care. It was not busy, and everyone had to wait the same amount of time and all 3 cars still got their food well before us. Despite them lining up within a 10 min procession. Take her off the front line if she’s going to be so snappy and rude. Especially if she can’t handle the pressure of a 5:00 rush without snapping at people. It was unnecessary and it made her and the establishment look bad.

My husband and I traveled from PA to Raleigh for an event that included some hometown cooking at our family gathering. Considering the menu, I decided that burgers would be better suited once arriving in town. And whatayouknow, Sean's Shack was in our hotel vicinity. To shorten my story, the Texan BBQ (#1) was delicious as well as their Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I am sure to return during future trips. We also stopped in for breakfast and they again delighted our taste buds. Thanks for the pic Chris and other servers!!!

We happened upon this place after seeing a picture of one of their burgers on Instagram, and we decided to see if it was as good as the photos. It was better than the pictures. Great staff, fantastic food, and we got to meet Sean and his team, Chris, Larry, and Shawnonne. We both had burgers and enjoyed their homemade aqua frescas.

One of the best restaurants in the RDU area! Absolutely incredible bang for your buck, for half the price of any fast food meal you get incredible quality and much bigger portion size. Service was incredibly quick and very friendly. Order the Texas BBQ burger, you won’t regret it! An amazing local restaurant that deserves each and every one of these 5 stars.
