I ordered a hot dog with no onions. They Brong me a hotdog loaded with onions after I told them this was wrong they scraped all the onions off the same hotdog and gave it back to me. They basically recycled the hotdog to complete my order.

Amazing food and customer service. We had the Portobello Swiss Burger and Onion Rings and Bacon Lovers Burger with Cajun Fries. So so good. I would highly recommend eating here.

Prices are far from consistent. The drive through board says one thing and you pay another. Even though the board lists many combos, you are actually paying for everything a la carte as the drive through board is apparently very outdated. When you try to resolve things inside, the menu doesn’t even offer items listed in drive through!!! This has been a problem for a while and it is definitely false advertisement. I’m going to Cookout!

Food is delicious. I wish there was an explanation of all the items on the menu. Staff can kinda sound a little annoyed when asking what is what. I’d also appreciate it more if they were high energy and happy to serve. I received my food this last time and the exchange was strange. I didn’t know if I had received all of my order or not. The person that took my order didn’t look polished. Clothes were not neat and his hair was all over the place under a hat. They didn’t look professional and I hoped they weren’t preparing our food. I also was a little shocked about the sanitation score. It’s not bad but I’m curious as to why it is what it is. Food is delicious but those are some suggestions that could improve the experience.

I live in Boston but I make the pilgrimage to Sean's Shack every chance I get. Absolutely the best food, the best shakes, and the best vibes anywhere at unbelievable prices. My dad and I just came in on a whim and it immediately made our day. Bonus points to our server Andrea for being the best, we love you Sean's Shack!

Management runs selective, inconsistent service. Pricing errors are handled professionally by the few cashiers and staff who take responsibility, however management escalates situations instead of owning it. (It was there error) For one of the few halal options in Raleigh, this approach undermines loyalty, reputation, fair pricing and also the staff and I were both confused —I will not be returning. There will not be a next time.

I’m trying my best to not go left because CHRIS P. in the drive thru has TRASH CUSTOMER SERICE AND ENERGY!!!!!! No one answers the phone no matter how many times you call or leave a vmail no one reports back!!! This will be my last final time buying from this establishment. Replace the drive thru worker for one cause always give bad energy and he does not use his brain !!!!!! I will be coming back up there to get a REFUND because y’all have lost ya minds and a loyal customer ON GOD I’m never ordering here again. Anybody that eats from here check your food before you leave !!!!!!! All I ask for was a Honey Chicken Salad -put the honey chicken on the side and they couldn’t even do the simplest thing EVER !!!! 0 stars

The food is delicious and keeps me coming back, and prices are great, but they cannot get an online order right to save their lives. I’ve ordered lunch via Grubhub from Sean’s Shack on three separate occasions, and the order has been wrong every time. First time was a Frisco Quad and they sent me a normal double cheeseburger. Second time was a Rattler burger and they forgot the lettuce, tomato, and onion that I added. Third time was a California Crunch burger that I ordered today and they put grilled onions instead of crispy fried onions (so much for the “crunch”) and forgot the side of ranch as well. As much as I like the food, I’m tired of not getting what I paid for. I didn’t leave a negative review the first couple of times because I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but it’s clear at this point that there’s a consistent problem with reliability.
