Great food and service. Wish sides were a little bigger but overall great. Our server was amazing and even bought us a free dessert for my girlfriend's birthday.
Great experience overall. Server charged my meal to the wrong card (gave him two cards) after telling him 2-3 times what charge to make on what card
It was a great atmosphere. We had a very nice waiter who answered our questions and attended to our needs. Food was great service was excellent.
It was Easter and the place was busy so I can see how the service might be slow, but we were there 45 minutes before all of our drinks were served and we placed the order for our food. We ordered an appetizer that never came, they did adjust our bill, and the food was nothing to come back for. The French 75 from the bar was delicious though!
We had a wonderful evening at Seasons 52! Our food was delicious and the service Impeccable! Our server PJ is an asset to this restaurant! He is kind and helpful! He made our dining experience very special!
Your grill cooks are awesome. Every steak we've ordered has been perfectly cooked. Asparagus was a tiny bit too crunchy for my taste. The flavor was good though. My husband and I aren't really vibing with the Spring menu so we'll wait for the summer menu to come back.
As a person who does not eat red meat, there are plenty of options to choose from. I chose the pesto chicken flatbread, roasted Brussel sprouts, crab cakes, and chicken skewer. The only thing i didn't like was the chicken skewer was just a chicken breast with nothing else. I asked the waiter about it, and she was really no help. The waiter we had was not attentive. She kept forgetting our drinks orders.

I will be honest. This is one of the best steak. I've ever had. My waiter was actually perfect but the older man at the front he lack customer service. I explained about my experience when I did take out and how my food was messed up,but I
guess he thought I was lying or trying to get free food . which was never the case..
He was a bit rude when I first came in, but the food is well worth it.

This is a happening place. I had the bruschetta gnocchi which you could add any meats to it. It was very flavorful and delicious. My husband ordered a traditional turkey platter which came with turkey, stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes, whipped potatoes and a dessert. The turkey was extremely moist and delicious. The flavor was something we hadn't tasted before but melted in your mouth. Kudos to the chef. The only negative side is the prices are a little more than I normally would spend on a meal. It is a great place for special occasions.

Went for Thanksgiving. Beautiful decor, excellent service, but the food was not worth the price.

On Nov 12, a friend was coming to Raleigh to visit, and I planned lunch at Seasons 52 because it had become a favorite. I ordered the Crab Bisque, as I had in the 5 prior visits, and I told her how good it was, so she did as well. I was wrong, it was horrible! It was gelatinous, shiny on the surface and if you tilted the bowl, it would not run out. We had great conversation, but didn't send the bisque back, but should have! The restaurant asked for a review, which I did, but they have not commented. Beware!
Parking: Very congested and minimal handicapped spaces!
The parking lot is often very congested, making it difficult to navigate, and there are minimal handicapped spaces available for those who need them. This can be frustrating, especially during peak hours when finding a suitable spot becomes a challenge. It would be beneficial for the management to consider expanding the handicapped parking area and improving traffic flow to enhance the overall experience for everyone. Overall, while the location has its merits, the parking situation leaves much to be desired.

Hilarious = joke. They try so hard actually makes the experience at this location a joke. Host and staff clueless about service. McDonald’s could come here and manage the store. Waste of time, money and effort trying to come here. Food was bland, no class, generic. Don’t waste your time 😂 but at the same time is just money.
