Found a whole peice of napkin in my take out. Not even sure how this can happen... called the restaurant and they said they'd talk to the manager about it give me a call back but never did.

Ate on a Friday night, restaurant was about 1/4 full. Ordered beef dolsot bibimbap, and friend got medium spice soondubu (forgot which protein).
Banchan (macaroni salad, bean sprouts, kimchi, radish, fish cake, & 1 other dish I didn't try) arrived at the same time as the mains.
Unfortunately the bibimbap had no flavor. No salt, no garlic, etc. so had to ask for table salt. The spicy sauce was sweet with a tiny kick (definitely not gochujang or sriracha). The soy sauce (what I was told...?) was also sweet with a vinegar taste so not sure what that sauce actually was.
Did not try friend's soondubu but they reported that it tasted a bit bland and watered down.
I like that the presentation and ingredients are fairly authentic to Korean food, so maybe tonight is just a once-off poor night for the flavors. Did not get a chance to try kbbq tonight. I plan to return and try other menu items that I had been eyeing

The food here was absolutely amazing! And the service was really great too. Hubby and I have never tried a place like this before and the staff was super friendly and super helpful in explaining everything to us. And the serving size was massive! We ordered the food that was pictured here and the menu said it was a meal for 2 but in reality it could've fed 4 (at least in my opinion it could). And it was SPECTACULAR! If we ever go back to Raleigh we're definitely eating here again!

Food was a bit expensive but very worth it. The Korean BBQ was fantastic, I wish I knew what they marinate the meat in!
Great place for Korean food! Staff is very nice.

Rude waitresses!
I asked for a small booth and the waitress seats me in an aisle table saying flatly, “this is the only table”. The entire restaurant was empty except for 2 other occupied tables!
I ordered galbi and soft tofu soup. When I tried breaking the egg into my hot soup, I found the egg was a hard boiled egg. What?! I notified the same rude waitress and she brought out another egg- which I tried to break into my soup only to find it was another boiled egg!
A different waitress brought out a raw egg but by then the soup had cooled down significantly which meant there was not enough heat to cook the egg leading to runny egg in my soup.
The galbi was good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth.
Will not be returning.

Outstanding bibimbap. The small plates were delicious as well. Looking forward to returning.

They said they couldn't do 3:00, the lunch order had to be for 2:30, and I rush over there and they didn't get it out till 2:45. Some of the items weren't even hot and prepared ahead of time. They just rushed it out at the last minute. That is bad service.

The food at Seoul Garden is truly wonderful, but the customer service ruins the experience. During lunch hour, it is a disaster. They are always understaffed, usually leaving one waitress to handle dine-in tables and to-go orders at the same time. If you have a lunch break, do not expect to get back to work on time.
Once your food arrives, do not expect to see your server again. Refills are rare, and if you need anything—like your check or to-go boxes—you will have to hunt someone down. It feels like an afterthought rather than a service.
Yes, the food tastes great, but you can absolutely go elsewhere and get both exceptional customer service and amazing food without the frustration.

Rude hostess, she tried to sit me down at a filthy table. I requested a different table and she said unfortunately it’s only for larger parties, the restaurant was practically empty. I don’t recommend this place.
