I haven't been to Sergio's in a while. Service was bad almost a year ago, but I remember when this place was good a decade ago... I gave them a chance for takeout. Was kept on hold for several minutes-- so I hung up and ordered elsewhere. Maybe they're understaffed? Don't know, but either way there are too many other options in the area. Please do better, Sergio's.

Walking into the building, the smell of the food and the look of the food draws you in.The pizza here is amazing! Me and my husband got a pizza (half pepperoni half cheese) and garlic knots. My daughter enjoyed it, we enjoyed it and will come back again. Definitely recommend!

Just WOW we use to love the pizza and food from here and what's more upsetting they have places in NY well maybe you better send someone from up north to come help! I was on the phone for 20 minutes on hold to place a order which is normal and shouldn't be and 2 hours to be delivered and ended up throwing it all in the garbage The mozzarella sticks were the most disgusting things we ever ate we both took a bite and spit it out not crispy just a greasy mess how do you mess up mozzarella sticks! I ordered Spaghetti Alfredo which I still don't get why they don't have fettuccine but this is the 2nd time I ordered it and they gave me penne and it was a curled heavy cream mess that got dumped in the garbage also and the side salad that came with it was a joke iceberg lettuce a slice of onion and 1 slice of tomato. The last thing we ordered was the cheese steak 2 bites and done. I will never ever order from this establishment ever again and we use to be loyal but not anymore they need to really look hard because they are definitely not close to NY Quality

Called at 9:17 to make a pickup order. said they close at 9:30 today, maybe the hours are wrong but we’ve lived here for 10 years. Always closed at 10. They won’t take an order.
Customer service is almost always bad. Living so close to the Louisburg rd location doesn't help when it takes over an hour and a half to get a simple cheese pizza. I'm giving them another rest for a year or 5

Now let me explain this. I’m originally from New York and at the end of the day this place they say that from Long Island OK they have a Long Island place in Long Island. Yes it’s not that great not the same thing wrong but here is worse the service was terrible. I got three slices of pizza for me my wife and my mother And they were burnt they weren’t cooked well then I went back into ask him could I get you know three other slices because these were burnt he gave me a bit of an attitude and the people and they had attitudes trust me. They got the New York attitude down Pat, but their pizza the worst ever , trust me. That place is way better probably in the state from New York than this place. Sorry that’s just how I feel to each his own as they say.
