The food I was unrated … It was below a level one star . This place used to be one of my most favorites barbecue Rib spot. I ordered over $60 worth of food. The barbecue chicken was dry as if it was old chicken dipped in barbecue sauce and the barbecue. pork was tasteless and disgusting. I will never eat there again

Service not very nice, online menu is incorrect, i was hoping to get a chiken finger basket but they said they dont have those type of lunch specials anymore so I wouldn't trust anything on their online menu, the chiken strips were very dry but the fries were good and fresh

I love Shanes and drove here from Richmond, Virginia on my Polaris Slingshot. The service was simplt amazing, the nicest people from the older lady at the counter with Bhargav. The food was prepared quickly and with the sauces I asked for. Bhargav must have checked because he ran outside to hand me two more original Shane sauces just to ensure I had in the bag what was asked for. Went there for lunch today and got the 1/3 rib plate with Mac and cheese and green beans and a Sweet Tea.The Ribs were overcooked and a little tough to eat but thank goodness the Mac and cheese and green beans were good and the tea.When I first got to the counter I had to wait for the Guy to get off his cellphone from texting someone which honestly he should have stopped as soon as he saw me at the counter.

My family and I are regular customers at the Powdersville, SC location. We typically come in every Sunday after church. Due to vacations we haven’t been in a while. The place is typically packed. We came in today and it was very empty. We ordered at 1:01 and sat. 30 minutes went by and still no food. There were about 5 booths filled with people. NO ONE had their food! A table of 10 came in. One of your employees from the kitchen came out and and spoke with them. She started asking what they wanted, at the table, and said let me go get that for you. These people had literally just walked in and sat. They were obviously family or friends. By this time it has been 45 minutes. No food for us or anyone with an explanation. I went up front to ask for my money back. I was told your order is up next. I asked before anyone else’s? I was told yes. So I waited. Our food came out and that table of friends food was right behind it. They didn’t even wait 15 minutes! To make things worse, two of us had wrong food orders. Now I know why it was so empty in here! This will be my family’s last visit. Do better!

I bought a half rack rib plate with two sides. I picked mac & cheese and peach cobbler. It was to go and was ready very quickly. When I got home and opened the to go box I was given beans instead of mac & cheese. The beans were good though. Unfortunately the peach cobbler was burned and inedible. The ribs however were fantastic fall off the bone delicious. I would go again but I would check my bag before I left the restaurant to make sure I got what I actually ordered. And I would never order the peach cobbler again.

This was Me & My Wife's First Time & it did not Disappoint The Ribs & Boneless wing were cooked to perfection.Misty was a Great help when we ordered.I would highly recommend trying Shane's

I have never had such a disappointing experience at Shane’s Rib Shack, especially considering how different it was under the previous ownership. I placed a takeout order totaling over $90, only to get home and find that one entire meal was missing, another was incorrect, and a third was missing a side item that clearly comes with it.
When I called to report the issue, instead of being met with an apology or a solution, the manager insisted I wasn’t missing anything and spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone. Rather than correcting the mistake or offering any sort of customer service, I was told I needed to bring the food back to the restaurant. I went back, as instructed, and asked to speak with the manager, only to be told he wasn’t there. Misty, who was working at the time, asked another staff member (Lisaeth) to confirm my order. They both went back to the kitchen and finally prepared the food I had already paid for.
The fact that I had to jump through hoops to get what I paid for is completely unacceptable. Instead of ridiculing or questioning customers, how about holding your staff accountable and making sure orders are double-checked before they leave the kitchen? This experience was beyond frustrating and not at all what I’ve come to expect from Shane’s Rib Shack over the years.
Do better. Customer service should never feel like a battle!!

I usually love eating here but I came for the first time in a few months got 2 bbq plates yesterday and they were absolutely awful. The bbq was WHITE AND GRAY not brown & pink like usual. The meat wasn’t even pulled apart either. it was so fatty and the texture was disgusting i couldn’t eat any of it. I’m very disappointed since it seems they also went up on price. I’m not sure if I will be back tbh.
