My husband and I ate dinner here on our last night of our 9th wedding anniversary weekend. The food was great, the waitress was great but the wait time was crazy due to there was only one waitress. The table we had was perfect the view was amazing!!

After 12 hours of work, my friend decided to be lazy and just go to the in-house restaurant at Holiday Inn. Worse idea ever. We have literally been waiting for 45 minutes and counting. Only we were given was water. We all ordered appetizers and have yet to see them. Stay away from this place of you are hungry.

We went to dinner at Skye Tower and I could not have been more disappointed. We did the Valentine’s Day dinner, which was 2 dinners for $70. My husband ordered the stuffed chicken which was still pink inside and I ordered the steak Medium and was brought out rare. The meal was to come with one side, and I selected the Macaroni & Cheese. It arrived in a cereal bowl made of Rigatoni noodles and shredded cheese on top. I ordered a Dirty Martini and was charged $16.50 after being told it was $12. The prices charged for the meal I could have fined at a 5-star restaurant. So disappointed with the entire experience. And when leaving I visited the restroom where the sinks were clogged to the point where water was at the top of the sink. $135 for $20 worth of food.

My husband went last night, Thursday February 13th to check out the place. I dont recall the bartender's name, something odd , paloma or something and was not impressed by her. We stayed at the hotel, first time in Raleigh, we had our early Valentine's day dinner elsewhere, had 3 beers at a bar on our walk back. The bartender told us to check out SKYE because we were staying there. Apparently the bartender at SKYE was her ex bf. Maybe she took her bitterness out on me, but no excuse for that. My husband and i were ignored 3 times, grow up. Her credit she said i was drunk. Really? Off of 3 beers? Just sitting there, did not act a fool at all. Put on big girl panties, be mature next time.

Food here is amazing. Lunch buffet is worth it's price. Variety of authentic Indian food. Would definitely recommend to try.

Very surprised by this place. Beautiful view, nice staff, and an Amazing Chef! The food was all delicious. Would highly reccomend the Spinach and Artichoke dip as an appetizer. Ordered the Bourbon Ribeye and it had a perfect sear, great seasoning, and a nice compound herb butter. The loaded mashed potatoes were very good, mixed vegetables were very good as well.

The food was good and good portions. Also the view is great. But the food service did not feel like a restaurant, felt more like a bar unfortunately.

Four stars for the view, it was beautiful. The food on the other hand was awful. The service was kind of slow even though the place was empty but our waitress was nice.

Great view, service, drinks and food. Does one need to say more?

I had a birthday hosted out here recently and it was great! The bread was warm food was okay and waiters were awesome! They handled a large party of 12+ swiftly and had us on our way with no issues!

Service was supper slow for there to be so few ppl to serve only four tables ppl 8 ppl.. That waitress talk way to much, we continue to have to ask for refills.., And after the long wait my food or was incorrect. Great hotel restaurant does reflect the same

Took my x here on Valentine's day earlier this year. The place isn't bad. Food is good, the ambiance is decent enough (although could do with a touch of modernization if we're being honest) and the staff tried to accommodate everyone. They ran a special that day and it seemed like the entire staff was super frazzled, even though it didn't really look that crowded. I supposed they're not used to full houses up there. Anyhow, only missing a star because we had to switch tables 3 times. First table was in a corner next to a wall, which sorta defeats the purpose of going. The second table was joined with a family and sorry to sound uppity but I'd rather not sit with a family of strangers on a Valentine's date. Otherwise, I'd go back.

Good size portions food was good. Service slow. Roof was leaking. Staff was nice but service needed some attention.
