I ordered Smoke Rise catering for my husband’s 50th birthday party. We rented a shelter at Jordan Lake. They delivered on time and everything was delicious! They brought everything we needed and it was so easy. Highly recommend.

Service was very friendly. BBQ good. The pork was moderately flavorful and noticably smoky. Also slightly dry but the sauce really helped. Fries were really good. If you go here call ahead or plan on waiting a little bit. Barbecue is a varied taste and I won't judge too harshly unless it is really bad. This was good BBQ but wasn't my absolute favorite taste but I do attest to the quality. I want to try the brisket and fried chicken and probably not get the pork again...
