Smooth Joe Coffee

The coffee is good. I like the venue and space but they seem to need more help. the service is a bit slow. If this place gets any more popular it'll really becomes a bottle neck.

Smooth Joe Coffee is a gem. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel right at home. Absolutely delicious! The coffee was amazing. The breakfast sandwich croissant was light and buttery, the eggs were fluffy and the aioli was to die for. Lovely staff, relaxed atmosphere, shady patio. Highly recommend.

This place has to be the most depressing coffee shop in town! The women working seem like they really hate their job. I couldn’t even hear the girl taking my order due to her talking so low. Literally ordered a reg small coffee and it was cold :/
On top of that they had my order ready for 5 minutes before they called my name, which the manager had to come out to give me. Lol

Their cold brew is one of the two best in Raleigh. If you love cold brew - this is a great place.

They make most of their stuff in house and coffee is great and they have decafe options. Really cant ask for much more

Great coffee shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always great customer service anytime I go in.

I do wish the coffee shop offered more vegan options on the food menu besides the pastries.

I also wish the drink menu had matcha.

A lovely coffee shop. The smell hits you when you walk through the door, which I love. The food was great, the coffee was lovely, the employees were very nice and easy to talk to. The food and coffee came out in a timely manner and it was delicious. Very relaxing area inside and out.

Another amazing coffee shop that is super easy to get in and out of it. The coffee is always good and their biscuits are AMAZING! I love working from inside at the long community table or outside on the patio. Staff are super nice and often remember regular customers. :)

I really enjoyed this coffeehouse. I got an iced vanilla latte and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Both were really good. Will definitely go back on another day off since that is the only time I can go.
