The manager working the counter on Mar 2, 2025 was very rude. The workers seemed scared of her and she talks to them like children. This woman should not be working here, she was trying to take my order with her back turned. This was insane. When the young lady handed me my smoothie she sounded like she was about to cry.

Went in to order a smoothie and nobody was in line. I asked questions about what kind of protein was used for the ad on which there was no knowledge of isolate, or more information. When I asked for suggestions on what smoothie had less sugar and more nutrients I was stared at instead of any help being offered. I haven’t been to one of these smoothie shops in 8 years so I wasn’t familiar with the menu. After I paid 9$ for a smoothie I waited and watched the slowest moving employee make it. I was surprised at how slow they were moving. Neither of the two employees working even smiled. They looked pretty miserable and acted like it too. That’s not my fault and for a 9 dollar smoothie you’d expect faster, better service. Let’s just say I’ll never be going back to waste my time or money.

I went into this location at 8:05 on February 14, 2024. I feel a good amount of time prior to closing. The lady working the counter had a very rude and harsh attitude from the time I walked in. I initially left the store never to return but since I just got done working all day and need a healthy option I decided to return. Once again I was greeted with a horrible and l condescending attitude. She would hardly even acknowledge I placed an order and turned her back while still asking questions as to ignore me. Well still in the store she was very rude and demanding of the teenage male worker in the store working. I would never comeback to this location as this is the worst service I have received from any smooth king I’ve been too. I travel quite often for work and this by far is the worst location I have been too. If she was one of my employees I would have fired her on the spot and never to return to any SK even as a dish washer. She can fix her attitude and she might even get a $0.05 tip next time.

This location is constantly understaffed. It appears that it is poorly managed. Not sure if corporate or franchise location, but workers are typically overwhelmed.

I placed a mobile ordered a for 2 -32oz smoothies and 1 kids smoothie. I arrived to pick-up, used the bathroom and washed hands with a 2 year old for a couple minutes more. We then waited roughly another 8 minutes, along with 2 other customers behind me. It was nearly 30min from mobile ordered to order ready for pick-up.

The Morrisville location owners need to take-over this location. Service and management is terrible. Not the first bad experience, but first time reviewing.

Showed up about 10 or 15 minutes before the posted closing time, hoping to grab a quick drink, but the place was already locked and closed up. I even tried calling earlier in the day to confirm hours, but no one answered the phone. Love this place in general, but am not impressed with this particular location.

It’s hard for one person to provide customer service for 5 people(3 register customers and 2 gruhub) while the second employee is gliding around in the back office. The cashier wanted to provide me with beneficial options but mid sentence stopped by saying ‘never mind’ because another customer walked in. I would’ve ordered more but I noticed the pressure she was under. There were No name tags, no hellos. While I appreciate the product, the service chips away the effort of being a customer. It’s right beside the gym and surrounded by shops and condos, why is there only one person on the front end?

Disappointedly I had to change my review. It’s not like it used to be and I got several huge chunks of ice in my smoothie after I tipped twice the only good thing I can say was the young lady was polite at the counter
