Went to this location September 20th PM (spring forest location) and did not receive hot dog the way I ordered. When I asked for a refund the manager (female) was rude and hesitant to give me a refund (I had a receipt and brought incorrect order back to the store).

I do want to say cashier was apologetic and provided great customer service. When I initially ordered I heard the cashier tell cook my correct order.

Cashier heard exactly what I said and still put my order in wrong…I ordered a hot dog combo with light ketchup mustard and chili…when I got my food back to my place of business they only had mustard…and they were not willing to accept there mistake..I will not be going back there anymore please check your food no matter what type of rush your in when going to there place of business because the workers are not equipped to run the business properly

Ordered a single dog, watched 6 people who ordered after me get their food first, including people who ordered burgers. Took 20 mins for a single hotdog, no fries or anything. Food is great but service is terrible. Shouldn't take the majority of my lunch break to secure a hotdog.

Snoopies has great Hot dogs!!! I get the special with mustard chili and slaw. And their crinkle fries are wonderful!! My hubby likes their chicken salad sandwich, so much chicken salad.

Had to wait a few minutes AC wasn't working they had the door open but we all was waiting for our food talking with each other..man was with his little son everyone was talking with the daddy..

Food is horrible! It was my 1st time there..never again..$8 for a hot dog that's a 4th of a regular size hot dog..ridiculous!

Snoopy’s is a nostalgic gem that’s been part of our city since 1978. It’s a great spot for all ages with a simple, clean-cut menu…you really can’t go wrong with anything you order. They offer two types of hot dogs, including an all-beef option, and both are absolutely delicious. I’m a big fan of the crinkle-cut fries, and the chicken salad tastes like it’s made with love. Their burgers are always cooked just right and perfectly shaped every time I unwrap one. This place is a true Raleigh classic!

Overpriced hotdogs and burgers. The food wasn’t bad but $10 for a hotdog, fries, and a drink was just too much. It might be a local favorite but it just wasn’t worth the cost.
