I like the hotdogs, love the chicken salad, both in a sandwich and just buying a half pint or pint. The service isn't as fast as some other places, BUT the short wait is well worth it. Most Snoopy's don't have indoor seating; I have no issue eating in the car, or on the tailgate of my truck. Very basic and efficient, we're regulars, especially with their coupons and specials.

Food is great here, burgers, hot dogs, both are phenomenal. Not really anywhere to sit and dine which is fine, we will always sit in the bed of my truck to eat. Service is usually very good.

Stopped by this particular Snoopy’s location in Raleigh (as I have visited the other location a few months prior)….this location, it’s food, and service is TERRIBLE! The staff had terrible and impatient attitudes. I ordered two beef hot dogs with chili, mustard, and onions…I received hot dogs with mustard and ketchup.SMH. Plus, the food was lukewarm. I will not be back to this location. However, I did visit the Dog House (famous hot dog restaurant in Durham, NC…it was exceptionally good (plus the apple turnovers are 2nd to none). Unfortunately, Snoopy’s has fell off but that’s why there is competition!

Snoopy's food is always a 5. However, customer service varies depending on the time you go. The am service is top notch. It is very fast and accurate. The evening service lacks in many areas. The speed, effectiveness of calling the orders, and common sense. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich which is the Monday special. I requested the bread on the side bc I dont want it to be soggy. This was the most difficult request. Time was added to me, placing a quick order bc the cashier didn't understand. Then the line was growing bc he had to go see how to ring up bread on the side. The male cashier had such a hard time conveying this message to the expeditors. Thank goodness the food is always good and consistent. The service may not be. This is a walk up quick order resturant. There are benches you may sit on while you wait. Not much of an ambiance to speak of.

This is a must when you're in Raleigh. I went to NC State for both undergraduate and graduate school. I probably went here twice a week back in the early 2000s. I had the pleasure to be able to take my kids there this past week. It was just as I remembered! Food was amazing and you get service with a smile! Great fries and great dogs!

service at the window was good and friendly, but i ordered coleslaw & ketchup to my hot dog to be added... it wasnt... a couple people got their order before me, im thinking its hot and fresh.... it was warm if that.... got a beef frank... it was a mid normal hotdog.. i still ate it cuz i was hungry but i wont come back again ??
