Found a HUGE slice of plastic in my Sonic Pretzel Double Bacon Smasher. My Dirty Dr.Pepper was weirdly thick too like it was the end of the soda bag. Not pleased and very disappointed as I had a better experience this past summer at the same location.

My husband and I eat ordered a milk shake. I can honestly say it was the worst shake I have ever had. It was chocolate syrup and whip cream, no ice cream! My husband had caramel shake and it was awful also. I guess we should have gone back and complained but we on the road before we realized how awful they were. The only positive was the cashier who smiled and was courteous. Sonic... we won't be back.

I ordered from DoorDash. I ordered a smash burger that had no tomatoes, nor did it have an option to remove tomatoes, so I assumed it was safe for my boyfriend to eat because he's allergic to tomatoes. So when he got his order, why the hell were there tomatoes? Why did you guys put tomatoes in a burger that had no tomatoes in the description? And there was no option to remove tomatoes, so why would you add tomatoes? This is very unprofessional. You guys need to teach your employees better or remind them what an order that does not have that.

The service was bad, the food was incorrect, and they were out of a lot of things… forks and lids for starters and then they charged me $.50 for an extra pack of honey mustard when they didn’t even give us the sauce that came with the meal.

Had the most amazing carhop. A young lady helped me to get my order fixed after it arrived with issues. I asked for no cheese, and the ticket even said no cheese, but unfortunately it came with cheese. I am very allergic to cheese, and even though they were very busy I felt awful bothering the young lady. She assured me it was no issue and went back inside. Around 15 minutes later she brings me the correct burger and apologizes for the delay. Truthfully I was a bit snappy with her, but it was hard to stay upset with how understanding she was. She was very polite, and even took the time to socialize with us. It's not often that fast food workers take the time to chat with customers, and it really made me feel like I was sitting down somewhere and not just in my car. Thank you Kristen!!

“This isn’t going to mess up my stomach, is it?” I haphazardly asked the waitress who wished me a Happy Halloween on October 1st. She looked at me with a straight face and simply stated: “Yes, this is fast food. It goes in fast and comes out fast.” Boy, was she right. 45 minutes later and I was struggling on the commode.

Laziest workers I've ever seen. I had a mobile order for 1 shake and sat at the mobile pickup stall for 20 minutes just to finally get tired and walk up to the window to ask jjst for them to hand me my shake that was MELTED and no one ever brought out to me
