First the food was burnt, they forgot the drink and when we asked for it, it was never brought to us. Card terminal didn't work, took my card for payment did not bring receipt. The order of tots had cheese sticks mixed in. This place is horrible and needs to be shut down.

Waited 20 minutes for a slush and small fry, only a few other cars parked so it was nowhere near busy. Finally had to ring the bell to see what was up. They brought it out a minute later, and it was terrible. Slush was half melted and fries were cold, all 7 of them.

I'm pregnant and all I wanted was a decent slush and a fries. This was devastating. Won't go back to this location again.

*Update* I reached out to the owner per the response to my review and never heard back. No surprise there.

I’m writing because I’ve noticed the manager making great efforts to support the team by stepping in to help, but it seems unfair to him as he’s handling tasks the employees should be responsible for. The slushy I received was unacceptable, and my hotdog was poorly prepared, with the bread torn and mustard unevenly spread. Putting effort into food preparation makes a significant difference.
Additionally, I waited 30 minutes for a hotdog and a slushy.

I don’t eat this type of food, but what I can speak on is the service. They are slow with 5 employees. They ignore the customers at the door waiting for their delivery orders. And the manager is straight up rude.

My girlfriend and I received food poisoning symptoms shortly after consuming our Sonic order. the Small Blue Coconut Cream Slush tasted entirely off. Her grilled cheese was noticeably hard/possibly overcooked. The grilled cheese burger that I asked to have no onions due to allergies contained onions. After vomiting, we attempted to call the location (Atlantic Ave, Raleigh, NC) to come to a remedy and the manager said we had to call a number on our ticket. There wasn’t such number on anything. Not sure who we need to call to receive a refund at minimum.

I attempted to place my order online. I was charged 3 times. The app said speak to the staff. I pressed the red button. It was over 10 minutes for staff to respond to me. When they did respond, I had to explain my issue twice. The food brought to me was incorrect. My drink was forgotten. I was told they would bring me my drink. I was able to call corporate, get my 2 refunds, and eat all my food. Still no drink. So i pressed the red button again only for it to take almost 10 more minutes to get a response. There was one other car than myself in the stalls and 1 car in drive thru. Finally got my drinks after 25 minutes. Nothing fast about that food.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this drive-through. I arrived with a positive attitude and a lot of patience, but the staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. They struggled to answer any of my questions, and after I asked something, they would wait an unreasonably long time—sometimes a minute or two—before even responding.

The behavior was unacceptable: huffing, puffing, and refusing to engage in basic communication. I understand that customer service isn't always easy, but I was polite and patient throughout and didn’t deserve to be treated this way. If you’re working in customer service and can’t bring a good attitude, maybe it’s best to stay home.

I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend giving your business to this location.

Really bad service. The lady taking the order was extremely rude. Messed up my order multiple times on multiple occasions. This store is unwelcoming. I'll never return to this location.
