Bulgogoi dinner plate did not taste like bulgogi I’m used to. It was disappointing.
We left hungry and unhappy.
Also, the kpop music videos are too loud and inappropriate for children to watch.
This is our first and last time here.

Food and service was great. It was a bit stuffy inside like the AC wasn't on and it was an 80 degree day and that's my only complaint. Corn dogs aren't like Korean street ones with eel and mayo type sauces incase anyone else was curious about thay dish.

The food is good, but has gotten too expensive for what you get. The $7 for a proper side of pickeld radish was the straw the broke me. I just spent $60 on two orders of chicken and already felt guilty about that.

I tried to order online but since I’m out of state their weak excuse of a “website” couldn’t verify my card because of my zip code. I then called to try and order and their phone was busy for about 5 seconds then disconnected and ended. I then, went there in person, told the waitress I would like to place and order to go, was given a menu. Then for ten minutes I watched as three waitresses tended to other patrons who had been there without asking me if I’d like a drink while I waited or even said anything to me at all. I’ve seen rave reviews about the place but I guess I’ll need to visit the other location nearby to actually receive service or food for that matter, I heard quite a few of “I’m sorry” tones when explaining to other patrons the food would be coming out soon. Covid did a real number on the quality of the service industry.

The chicken tastes delicious, the menu seems limited to me and for a jarrito I wouldn't order it for $4. The tables are clean but some decorations need attention. you have to expect to pay for every extra thing you order like dressings.

2025: we’ve been here plenty of times since 2021 but the service we just received was absolutely terrible! It was not that busy. They took our order and forgot we existed. No one came back until 40 minutes later and we were asked what we even ordered. We then asked for water, and the small bowl of kimchi because yes our table was completely empty for pretty much 45 minutes.
5 min after that we got cold chicken tenders and the other meal was not ready. We had also ordered 2 bowls of rice, had to remind them, and we only got 1. THEN we had to ask for utensils lmfao. It was quite ridiculous. When we talked to them and decided to just leave instead of have the food remade, the waitress had an attitude. Very disappointing. We love the food and never had problems even when there was just 1 waiter before. Hope the service improves..
2024: The flavors are GREAT and it's a good price for what you get. Dine in service was good too. Waiter was very nice.

Service is good. Food came out fast. However, i ordered mild bulgogi. It was very spicy. I love spice and it was damn delicious but my gut will regret this later. I mentioned it to the server, who then asked if he should let the chef know but i didnt want to make a fuss. I only took a star away bcz the chef made it spicy when i specifically asked for mild. But again it was soooooo goooood.
Honestly, the place is amazing! The food was affordable and delicious. Service was great too. I’ll be coming back for more.

Everything we've ever ordered from here is top notch. I don't know how it doesn't stay packed. It's a real hidden gem in the area.

Small and cozy restaurant with a banquet hall you can rent out for an event and karaoke. Menu is a little slim though. I always enjoy coming here. I ordered Korean fried chicken with hot/spicy sauce and Soga sauce and ate it with rice. It was delicious. Also, the seaweed salad and bugolgi was out of this world. Menu selection was very small and light was too dim but overall I always come back.

Such A Disappointing Experience …
My family and I had visited this restaurant before and enjoyed the food, even though it was a bit pricey and took a while to arrive. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The service was slow and inattentive, and the menus were confusing and poorly designed. The photos on the menu didn’t match what we received, and the descriptions were inaccurate.
We ordered a kimchi pancake, which we’ve had many times before at other places and even made at home. What we got was shockingly small—maybe 1/16th of the size it should have been. It felt like we were being short-changed for what we paid.
Overall, the quality of service and food was not worth the price this time around, and I doubt we’ll be returning anytime soon.

Great place to take someone who’s never had Korean fried chicken! The combos are always a good deal for dining as one or two.

We go here nearly once every week, that's how good it is. And we've been going like that for months, so I can honestly say that even if the servers and the building changes, the food and good service never does. This is my favorite restaurant!
I often get bulgogi, my 8yr old will finish the pork belly by himself, and my mom swears by their fried chicken. Always hot, delicious, and never have they complained that I always ask for extra cucumber because I love that stuff!!

Found this spot online as I was looking for good Korean fried chicken. I have to admit when I pulled up to the spot, I was apprehensive. The restaurant is located in a dying strip mall and the outside is very unassuming. BUT! The food was amazing. I ordered fried dumplings, spicy beef bulgogi, and fried chicken wings: 5 with SOGA and 5 with Sweet Chili sauce. Every single thing was perfect! The crisp on the chicken was light and crunchy even after being sauced! The Bulgogi was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the spice level was perfect! To top it off our server was amazing! He was fast, attentive and extremely kind and friendly in spite of being the only server there and handling the lunch rush by himself! Soo Cafe is definitely a hidden gem! I recommend to anyone who loves Korean food! I will be back, again and again!
