This is the place to go for sandwiches in Raleigh! I had a half turkey and provolone sandwich and it was delicious! The ciabatta bread was warm and they were very generous with the turkey. They also have great cookies. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they have a 99 sanitation score. Everything about this place is great!

This was our first visit & boy were we blown away by the employee Lily. Once we revealed we were 1st timers, she sprung into action & gave us a full run down with excitement & a smile on her face. She is so sweet & very welcoming. We also got to meet her grandparents ❤️. We will be back again & again.

Great food! The chipotle steak and cheese was recommended by staff and it was delicious! Bread was fresh steak was tender and flavorful! Staff was wonderful! Will definitely be back!!

Great food, poor communication and customer service.

Owners/managers are very patient and friendly.

However, some, very few, employees think they are working in a middling shop in NYC and treat customers more like a mark. Not the way to build good relationships.

Ordered the Reuben and the steak and cheese. I was expecting more for the price. Two sandwiches 35 dollars. Just sandwiches!!! Reuben was ok but dry and served on a hoagie roll. The steak and cheese was very blah!! No seasoning and too much mayo. The cashier was nice. Didn’t have to wait long but it was just after 11 when we ordered. Don’t think I will be back, way too pricey!!!

This was my first time visiting Southern Craft Sandwiches today, and oh my goodness—it was GREAT! I ordered the Steak and Cheese sandwich on a hoagie bun and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor and quality of the meat were top-tier, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.

But the cherry on top? When I picked up my to-go order from the shelf, the whole team sang out, “We appreciate you!” As a newly postpartum mama, that small gesture meant so much to me. It truly made my day.

Highly recommend for both the food and the people. I’ll definitely be back 🫶🏾

We love this place for super fresh, super clean food handling practices, and delicious sandwiches. A person in our family is immunocompromised and the chef always cooks to our special needs and is very attentive to making sure we’re happy. We appreciate you guys! Amazing Reubens today!

Great food (I had the cheesesteak sandwich)! Great customer service--we went outside to eat and they delivered our food to us and checked back with us to make sure we were doing well. Space to eat inside and lots of tables outside as well. Only negative was they were out of ice, but we were made aware immediately and the water was quite cool. I look forward to using them for catering a work event in the future!
