We love ordering from Southern Sugar Bakery. We've ordered several times over the years and are never disappointed. The cookies are packaged with care to avoid damage during shipping and they always arrive in tact.
My son can be picky when it comes to cookies but these are always a win in our house!

Southern Sugar Bakery helped us to celebrate our new logo with cookies! The cookies were a big hit with attendees at our local events, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had them in time (shipping early to avoid a big storm). Highly recommend!

Excellent cookies, amazing service!!

I came to Southern Sugar Bakery's website in search of custom cookies for my daughter's 7th birthday. They had so many great options with clear pictures. I was able to select the option I wanted and the date that I would like for them to be shipped. The cookies were shipped on time and arrived early! They were packaged separately and securely in the box. None arrived broken! The cookies were very cute and consistent with the pictures provided. To top it off, they were delicious! We received so many compliments! Thank you Southern Sugar Bakery for helping to make my daughter's birthday party a success!

I ordered a half dozen of custom cookies to be shipped and they did not disappoint! I had originally picked a shipping date and due to inclement weather, the Southern Sugar team reached out via email letting me know that they had shipped my order a few days early because they wanted to make sure I received it on time. What customer service! The cookies tasted and looked amazing. I will absolutely purchase more when needed.

Southern Sugar Bakery is absolutely incredible! Their team is so sweet, accommodating, and truly a joy to work with. We’ve used them for two years in a row for multiple corporate events, and every single time, they blow us away. They made the most adorable and detailed white coat cookies for our anesthesiologist assistant students, plus beautiful nursing and PTA cookies. Their creativity and attention to detail are unmatched!

And the best part? They ship all the way to us in Orlando, Florida! The cookies always arrive fresh and perfect. I seriously can’t recommend them enough—we’ll definitely keep coming back! If you need custom cookies, this is the place to go!

I am so happy with these decorative cookies! Arrived today intact (states away), super well packaged, and came in a cute box with confetti and a hand written card. The cookies are so adorable and everything I had hoped for — exactly as described on the website. Highly recommend this company to anyone interested. You won’t regret it.

The XMas cookies I ordered were super adorable, and, just as important, tasted fabulous! I loved that I could taste the high quality ingredients and that the cookies hit just the right amount of sweetness (i.e. not a sugar bomb). Ordering online was easy, efficient, and the cookies were packaged with great care, so they arrived in pristine condition!

Attended a wedding where these custom cookies were served in 2 styles. They were dry, hard and tasted of artificial almond flavor. Overpriced and terrible. So many of them were thrown away.

Southern Sugar setup a company store for us to easily buy and ship cookies with our logo to our clients. The process was super simple (just enter qty and address) and every order to date has shipped right on time. The cookies are also delicious!
