The staff is great. The food is sorta bland and boring. The serving sizes are ample. Overall, not a bad place and conveniently located.

I was so happy to find Spring Rolls at Wade Park. Used to go to the North Hills location, but they had relocated. Food is always made fresh and have great Gluten Free options. Staff is friendly and always get great service. But since everything is made fresh to order plan on waiting a little for you food. It is worth it! I have never had a bad meal here.
Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten free selection. Most entrees can be made Gluten Free since eat one is made fresh.

Staff was friendly and great on checking in on us. Food was good. The beef was a bit too chewy in my opinion and it did not come with a soup spoon

Every time I eat here, it is off the charts delicious. Everything is so authentic. This is not some “mom and pop made some orange chicken and decided to open a restaurant.” No, choosing this restaurant is like buying a one-way ticket straight to FLAVORTOWN.

I can confidently say that we have never had worse service in our entire life. The servers were not attentive at all, leaving us for extremely long periods without any water, and without our drinks from the bar. Someone in our party got up and went and got them from the bar herself after it had been about 35 minutes - the drinks were warm and watered down from sitting for so long and when the hostess checked in on us feeling bad she never offered to remake anything.
They then began to "rush" our food out because they felt awkward with how long it had been but even then it was so sporadic. (A table near us canceled their order and left because they saw what was happening at our table and others for wait times)
When we went to pay our bills they didn't have our checks in order so we just split it equally between everyone and left but even though the service was horrendous they never gave a discount and we found out afterward they tagged a 18% gratuity onto our bill..
I don't normally leave reviews and I truly don't want to ruin someone's establishment. But I also felt strongly that considering they never even offered to help make it right or showed any compassion they need feedback so they can figure out their server/hostess culture problem. I hope not that this tragically hurts them but hurts them in a kind way where they can have some honest feedback and do the necessary things to grow and make sure this doesn't happen again.
Worth noting the atmosphere is nice and the food was good. It was just hands down one of the worst (if not the worst) service experiences we've ever had and I assure you we're really not that picky normally..

My wife and I decided to eat here due to proximity and convenience to PNC Arena. We arrived at 5:15 and wanted to eat outside. We checked in with a host and were told to find a spot outside and he would be with us shortly. For context there wasn’t more than two parties inside. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one ever came to receive our order. We should have taken that as a sign of things to come. Subsequently, we went back inside to get an indoor table. We’re seated immediately and the volume of parties pick up. We sat another 15 minutes before anyone received our order. We ordered an appetizer, three sushi rolls, and two drinks. We specifically requested the appetizer come out first. Took 15 to 20 minutes to get drinks, and received the sushi rolls an hour later. We asked three different people to cancel our appetizer. These clowns bring the appetizer out after we finish the rolls, which we send them back and asked them not to charge us. We get the bill and they forgot to remove the appetizer. When I say everyone here should not be in the restaurant business, I mean everyone. The food was good, but hands down worst dinning experience I have ever had.

Do not come here!!! This was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. It took an hour to get our food and then when the food came out they still charged us even though we needed to leave for a concert. Do better management!!!

Worst Asian food ive ever had in my life. I ordered the sesame seed chicken lunch special with white rice, a spring roll, crab ragoons, a shrimp tempura roll && egg drop soup. The only good thing was the rice
The sesame seed chicken was very dry && hard it was mostly batter barley any actual chicken. The sauce was black like it had been burnt or something
The spring roll was very bland
The crab ragoons were no crab all cream cheese && very small as well as bland
The shrimp roll was ok wasnt very well put together was very messy to eat which is usually not the case with sushi rolls
The egg drop soup was absolutely horrible it had corn in it?! It tasted like cream of corn soup you could literally taste nothing but bland corn and thats all it was horrid !

This restaurant has really gone downhill recently, e.g. missing items in order, decreased serving size, having to wait almost an hour for a takeout order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. In spite of this, I kept going back because the location is close to my office. However, yesterday was the final straw. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken and added a side of mixed vegetables. When I arrived to pick up my takeout order, it wasn't ready yet. When my order was finally brought out, I checked it inside of the restaurant because of past issues with missing items. I quickly realized my rice was missing so I notified the person at the front counter and he went back to the kitchen to get the missing rice. I walked out and before I got to my car, I realized my mixed vegetables were missing too. I go back inside and talk the guy at the front counter. He says the mixed vegetables are inside the container with the General Tso's chicken. Now, I'm confused because I thought a SIDE of mixed vegetables would come in a separate container, not mixed in with the main entree. I paid $3 for a side of mixed vegetables but I received a few veggies on top of my chicken and covered in sauce. Because the vegetables were incorporated with the entree, the chicken was not crispy as usual. The chicken was soggy and it lacked flavor. As it turns out, the person at the front counter was the manager! He said his name is Anthony. Well, Anthony never apologized or tried to do anything to make it right for a repeat customer. I used to go to Spring Rolls every week or so. Not anymore. I will not be returning and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Very good sushi ? According to another in the party the fried rice could be more flavorful, but everything I had was very good. The ginger salad is good, but one must be prepared for some very strong ginger dressing (I personally like it). The mushrooms in the steak and mushroom lunch plate here are very good. The service was quick and professional if not slightly impersonal, but overall very good. I would definitely go here again! Pricing is reasonable for portion sizes. Oh, also the spring rolls here are AMAZING!
