Chewy chicken good taste plastic silverware
We have been eating here ever since they opened. Food and service have recently been hit and miss.
The food is so bad. I decided to give it another chance and order some yesterday and it was like they didn’t even try. Even the bang bang shrimp (their only decent non sushi item) was done so poorly, it was not fried correctly and breading was falling apart.
For a place with such high prices I have to give a review.
I placed an order on door dash and they confirmed my order then 20 min later they cancelled my order and they won’t pick up the phone . Very unprofessional
Service is so bad I watched a guy in a wheelchair roll out of here without paying and the server didn't notice for an hour. I still haven't gotten my appetizer.
Do not eat here. The food is so bad. I’ve had multiple dishes here and my 8 year old niece could do better. One time I ordered the VEGETABLE tempura and it had bits of pineapple, which were disgusting to a person who does not like cooked fruit. Would only be ok food if drunk, honestly and that’s being generous. Don’t waste your time or money here.
To be fair we visited just before a Hurricanes game. It was very busy, and I expected service to be slow, but was pleasantly surprised that service was quick and friendly. The issue was the food. It was just boring and tasteless. I had edamame and tuna rolls, and my son had fried rice. My son's meal arrived at the same time as my edamame, so he ate his dinner while I had my appetizer so his dinner didn't get cold. We were both finished by the time my sushi arrived. The edamame was over cooked and mushy, and the tuna rolls were falling apart. The tuna was a bad cut of meat. It was tasteless and tough. It had sinews in it that got stuck between my teeth.
Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, especially considering how busy it was, but because of the food I wouldn't go back.
The staff is great. The food is sorta bland and boring. The serving sizes are ample. Overall, not a bad place and conveniently located.

I was so happy to find Spring Rolls at Wade Park. Used to go to the North Hills location, but they had relocated. Food is always made fresh and have great Gluten Free options. Staff is friendly and always get great service. But since everything is made fresh to order plan on waiting a little for you food. It is worth it! I have never had a bad meal here.
Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten free selection. Most entrees can be made Gluten Free since eat one is made fresh.

Staff was friendly and great on checking in on us. Food was good. The beef was a bit too chewy in my opinion and it did not come with a soup spoon

Every time I eat here, it is off the charts delicious. Everything is so authentic. This is not some “mom and pop made some orange chicken and decided to open a restaurant.” No, choosing this restaurant is like buying a one-way ticket straight to FLAVORTOWN.

I can confidently say that we have never had worse service in our entire life. The servers were not attentive at all, leaving us for extremely long periods without any water, and without our drinks from the bar. Someone in our party got up and went and got them from the bar herself after it had been about 35 minutes - the drinks were warm and watered down from sitting for so long and when the hostess checked in on us feeling bad she never offered to remake anything.
They then began to "rush" our food out because they felt awkward with how long it had been but even then it was so sporadic. (A table near us canceled their order and left because they saw what was happening at our table and others for wait times)
When we went to pay our bills they didn't have our checks in order so we just split it equally between everyone and left but even though the service was horrendous they never gave a discount and we found out afterward they tagged a 18% gratuity onto our bill..
I don't normally leave reviews and I truly don't want to ruin someone's establishment. But I also felt strongly that considering they never even offered to help make it right or showed any compassion they need feedback so they can figure out their server/hostess culture problem. I hope not that this tragically hurts them but hurts them in a kind way where they can have some honest feedback and do the necessary things to grow and make sure this doesn't happen again.
Worth noting the atmosphere is nice and the food was good. It was just hands down one of the worst (if not the worst) service experiences we've ever had and I assure you we're really not that picky normally..

My wife and I decided to eat here due to proximity and convenience to PNC Arena. We arrived at 5:15 and wanted to eat outside. We checked in with a host and were told to find a spot outside and he would be with us shortly. For context there wasn’t more than two parties inside. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one ever came to receive our order. We should have taken that as a sign of things to come. Subsequently, we went back inside to get an indoor table. We’re seated immediately and the volume of parties pick up. We sat another 15 minutes before anyone received our order. We ordered an appetizer, three sushi rolls, and two drinks. We specifically requested the appetizer come out first. Took 15 to 20 minutes to get drinks, and received the sushi rolls an hour later. We asked three different people to cancel our appetizer. These clowns bring the appetizer out after we finish the rolls, which we send them back and asked them not to charge us. We get the bill and they forgot to remove the appetizer. When I say everyone here should not be in the restaurant business, I mean everyone. The food was good, but hands down worst dinning experience I have ever had.
