You have to try the bone marrow—it's the best I've ever had, and I've tasted it all over the world. Sydney, their wine expert, is fantastic and will give you the perfect wine recommendations to complement your meal. I absolutely adore her! The whole staff is wonderful, too! Just keep in mind that reservations aren’t accepted, so arrive early or be ready for a bit of a wait, which is totally worth it."

Fantastic. American cuisine at it’s finest in a hidden-ish gem in Raleigh. My wife and I had one of our first dates here. They have a super fresh super local variable menu. They do not try to serve the same menu year round, you get what is fresh and in season and available and you get it in a delicious unforgettable dish. The meal is the special occasion at Stanbury.

Would NOT recommend for a special occasion. We were given the worst table in the restaurant and seated next to a baby. The restaurant space (inside & out) needs a design overhaul, it’s cobbled together and looks sad. Our waitress was lack luster and did not volunteer any information about the menu. The highlight of the night was the chocolate gateau, that was divine and felt like a consolation prize.

Waited with a cocktail by the outdoor fire (awesome) and sat at the bar for dinner. The 2 bartenders were so friendly and helpful.
GET the bread and butter, holy Christmas was it delicious! Also had the oysters and Ribeye. The ribeye was a top 10 meal of my life.

Thanks Chef, and thanks to your team and staff for a consistent flow of service. It's top notch service in ensuring new plating and silverware are in place before each selection of your choice.

Amazing Meal! This is probably in my top 10 best overal dining experiences. The staff were all top notch, the food was unbelievably creative and delicious (there was even a corn dog that was made with a house made weiner) and the laid back atmosphere made extremely comfortable. Next time we are in Raleigh this will be a must visit for us.
Parking: Its in a residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. There is a small lot that holds a few cars too.
