Our drinks were some of the worst I've ever had from any Starbucks, we were rushed so they could close at 3 pm although their sign said open until 7 pm, the floors were very wet from mopping with no warning signs, My latte had no espresso whatsoever and when I made them remake it, they acted like they got mad because they had already broken down all their equipment by 2:30 pm, drinks were not made to order, could not take coupons or scan my app for stars/points with no explanation, and just rushed out by three very rude barista's who should be fired or at least written up! Too much money to spend and not get a quality drink!

Not too fond of this location. It is in the lobby of the Marriott downtown. It gets very busy and is not usually adequately staffed (during a rush it will be a single cashier and a single person making the orders). This is not the fault of the staff but is definitely indicative of poor management.

The service is super bad, I can't say that the food is bad but there is a cashier who has a bad attitude towards customers, I asked for a croissant and she responded that she didn't know what that was, then she barely wanted to serve us, according to her she doesn't know I listened well, I frequently visited Starbucks because I go out with my friends for breakfast and this time they treated us very badly.

Ive been coming to this location everyday for the last 3months & was getting the SAME frappucino .. today i came to get the SAME frappucino & was charged 12$ for a GRANDE cause i asked for extra caramel! 12$ is what i pay if i was to add a bagel with cream cheese & today it was 12$ just for a coffee that wasnt even a 12$ size! I declined the coffee and proceeded to another location but this interaction definitely needed to be noted!

We accidentally ordered our drinks on mobile for the wrong location and were initially told we would need to call corporate to get a refund and then reorder from their store. But after 10-15 minutes on hold to request our refund, the manager, Makayla, came out and told us that they would go ahead and honor our drink order even though it was our mistake that we ordered from the wrong store. They were absolutely slammed because today was Pride, but they still helped us out — this is a prime example of a company putting the customer first and we really appreciate the team working at this location taking care of us. Thank you!

It’s good that there is one in the hotel. But probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been in! 15-20 minutes in the line in the morning. Staff aren’t in a rush at all.

Was there today as the doors opened an was greeted by a friendly barista gentleman who made my coffee and husbands order prefectly with a big smile. The lovely lady who took my order had the coolest Polish accent and was super nice. My order is crazy she got it right and the guy made it right. That should be how it goes but sadly it doesn’t always. Busy with it being at Marriott and the price was $5.95 plus tax which is always the price of my drink. I will go back tomorrow. Sticky notes with what people wish was their super power was really cool and Brownie the dog who was the puppy of the month?! Well I wish I could meet him!
