My drink was terrible, it tasted like very old syrup and coffee beans and my server mabel treated me terribly her attitude was disgusting with the drink.

I was told “here’s food for thought” about leaving a one star review for sir Walter coffee on Fayetteville after trying to give feedback, I am going to leave a five star review here lol

I order the same drink almost every day: a Venti Mocha. As someone who travels frequently, I visit many Starbucks locations across the USA, and I appreciate the consistency of the drink—it’s usually excellent and a perfect way to kickstart my day. Unfortunately, during my week in Raleigh, I encountered a location that struggled with the mocha. Out of five drinks, four tasted more like a latte without the chocolate. On my final day, I returned to express my concern. Instead of remaking my drink, they offered me a cup of chocolate syrup with instructions to stir it into my venti cup. After spending over $30 in five days, I'm disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Heatwave warning in NC, and it’s super busy with people in costumes waiting for a refresher. Staff is ignoring the people and restocking lids, organizing napkins, and taking out trash bags filled 1/3. Several minutes have passed and not one ordered taken, after they finish organizing and restocking they go back into the back for another while.

This place takes FOREVER. For 5 days in a row, it was a long wait for anything. Crazy because there's like 5 people working and only one actually seems to care.

I go to this Starbucks all the time and usually love it. Today I asked for a matcha latte with 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps peppermint. I got a regular matcha latte with the name Liz on it. Liz (the stranger next to me) ordered a coffee. So this wasn’t her drink. There’s no mistaking when you have peppermint in your drink… I told the person who made my drink “hi! This doesn’t have peppermint or vanilla” she gaslit me and said “yes it does, do you want me to add more”… I’m sorry, but this was so disappointing and off putting. I never had issues here and then I confront an issue and get gaslit?

Our drinks were some of the worst I've ever had from any Starbucks, we were rushed so they could close at 3 pm although their sign said open until 7 pm, the floors were very wet from mopping with no warning signs, My latte had no espresso whatsoever and when I made them remake it, they acted like they got mad because they had already broken down all their equipment by 2:30 pm, drinks were not made to order, could not take coupons or scan my app for stars/points with no explanation, and just rushed out by three very rude barista's who should be fired or at least written up! Too much money to spend and not get a quality drink!

Not too fond of this location. It is in the lobby of the Marriott downtown. It gets very busy and is not usually adequately staffed (during a rush it will be a single cashier and a single person making the orders). This is not the fault of the staff but is definitely indicative of poor management.

The service is super bad, I can't say that the food is bad but there is a cashier who has a bad attitude towards customers, I asked for a croissant and she responded that she didn't know what that was, then she barely wanted to serve us, according to her she doesn't know I listened well, I frequently visited Starbucks because I go out with my friends for breakfast and this time they treated us very badly.
