I have been coming to Crabtree as a meeting point for over 5+ years and every time we ask for the bathroom code, use the restroom and then I usually come back to make a purchase as it’s a 4 hour round trip drive for us and I usually need coffee.
Well today they would not give me the bathroom code unless I made a purchase and then proceeded to make us wait about 10 minutes because the lady was working by herself for one person ahead of us to make a purchase while my kids did the pee dance the whole time.
I am HIGHLY disappointed and pissed off and after today I will find a new meeting spot that doesn’t make us almost pee on ourselves as I try to make a purchase just to use the bathroom.
Also I want to note that as I walked into Starbucks there were two people coming out of the restroom that had no coffee or anything in their hand.

Worst experience at Starbucks ever. My wife, 1 yr old, and I were in the mall enjoying some family time. We were at the store right next to this Starbucks when our 1year old had a massive blowout on her diaper to the point it was leaking out. The store we were in did not have a bathroom so we went to Starbucks. We went to the bathrooms and on the door it said we needed to ask the barista for a code. so we went back up to the front counter, remind you the whole time our daughter‘s diaper is leaking out fecal matter. When we asked for the code to the bathroom, we were told that we had to make a purchase before getting the code. I explained the situation to the person at the front and they stated it is still company policy. They could not give us the code. I proceeded to buy something for five dollars just to get the bathroom code. While my wife was in the bathroom, the people at the front desk, proceeded to talk badly about me and my wife because we were frustrated that we had to pay to use a facility for baby. I have never experienced something so rude and disrespectful in my life for an employee to downgrade a family for being frustrated about having a child that had a bathroom emergency and they refused to serve unless we spent money. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would never refer to this place for anyone to ever go to. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Me and my wife are avid Starbucks goers, but I assure you, we will never go to this one again.

I went here, while at the mall the get a coffee and use the restroom. I decided to use the restroom first. Had to go ask for a code. The worker was extremely rude when giving the code. Then the bathrooms were disgusting. Didn't end up getting that coffee after the rudeness given.

Got my drink first but had to wait 15mins plus for my daughter’s cake pop. There were 3-4 customers after us & got their drinks before us…while we were still waiting for our cake pop and that should only take about a minute or two to unwrapped from the package. It is clearly they can see us waiting for it but are still being ignored until I Said something. How about excuse me m’am are you still waiting for something else?
Always a breeze at this Starbucks location and staff is nice!

Even with 4 employees behind the counter and nobody waiting at the register, it still took until 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for them to even START my food in the toaster oven. Employees stand around chatting and for some reason it takes 2 to put food in a bag, who then both have to stand around chatting even more while holding 3 peoples orders before finally bringing them to the counter. One employee was actually making drinks, the rest standing around waiting for nonexistent customers instead of finishing orders. Not sure why they have an order ahead option if theyre just going to hang out instead of working.

Everybody here are so always nice and i just enjoy everytime i come in here
I mean it's Starbucks. The barrista that took my order was nice and friendly. One of the drinks I ordered was supposed to be hot but was made iced. The barrista apologized and remade it for me.
