I have had a wonderful experience today. I knocked my coffee over and Trevy was great! Nothing was too much trouble for him. He cleaned up the spillage and got me another coffee. Starbucks, you have a customer focused partner here! Thank you Trevy!

Worst Starbucks I ever went to they looked at me like I'm stupid probably bc I got face tattoos I don't know it's like I was speaking Spanish to these people but I was speaking perfect English anyways horrible I would not recommend

Vivian was really patient and sweet! they young guy with glasses named ‘isiah’ who was working with her was tryna give her a hard time ! it was very busy when i came in too but she was getting through the line. she was outstanding!

I usually come to this Starbucks every day for my breakfast and coffee since I work at the mall, and most of the staff know me and are always friendly. However, I had a really disappointing experience recently with one of the employees (a girl with glasses). I simply asked for a cup of water, which has always been given without issue, but she asked me if I had purchased anything there before. That felt unnecessary and rude, especially since I’m a loyal, daily customer who spends money here all the time. If she wanted me to pay for the water, she could have just said so politely. It was unprofessional and honestly left a bad impression compared to the great service I usually get from the rest of the team.

Had an absolutely wonderful afternoon at Starbucks Crabtree! The customer service was top-notch, and the barista was incredibly talented – you could tell they took pride in every cup they made. I tried the fall flavors, and they were absolutely perfect! The Vanilla Bean Chai Latte was cozy and comforting, while the Pecan Crunch Coffee gave just the right mix of fall spices and sweetness.
I also had a slice of Banana Walnut Bread, which was moist and flavorful, and topped it off with the cutest and most delicious Raccoon Cake Pop! It made for the perfect little treat.
It was the perfect retail break to refresh and recharge. Highly recommend this Starbucks location for both the incredible drinks and the fantastic service! Can't wait to go back.

I requested a hot tea poured over ice and they told me they couldn’t do it and it was against their policy. It’s 100° out how absurd I will not be patronizing this business any further. The employees were very rude and dismissive, and the barista didn’t even acknowledge me when I asked her a question. For those of you that are sick and tired of being treated poorly at a Starbucks establishment.

I have been coming to Crabtree as a meeting point for over 5+ years and every time we ask for the bathroom code, use the restroom and then I usually come back to make a purchase as it’s a 4 hour round trip drive for us and I usually need coffee.
Well today they would not give me the bathroom code unless I made a purchase and then proceeded to make us wait about 10 minutes because the lady was working by herself for one person ahead of us to make a purchase while my kids did the pee dance the whole time.
I am HIGHLY disappointed and pissed off and after today I will find a new meeting spot that doesn’t make us almost pee on ourselves as I try to make a purchase just to use the bathroom.
Also I want to note that as I walked into Starbucks there were two people coming out of the restroom that had no coffee or anything in their hand.

Worst experience at Starbucks ever. My wife, 1 yr old, and I were in the mall enjoying some family time. We were at the store right next to this Starbucks when our 1year old had a massive blowout on her diaper to the point it was leaking out. The store we were in did not have a bathroom so we went to Starbucks. We went to the bathrooms and on the door it said we needed to ask the barista for a code. so we went back up to the front counter, remind you the whole time our daughter‘s diaper is leaking out fecal matter. When we asked for the code to the bathroom, we were told that we had to make a purchase before getting the code. I explained the situation to the person at the front and they stated it is still company policy. They could not give us the code. I proceeded to buy something for five dollars just to get the bathroom code. While my wife was in the bathroom, the people at the front desk, proceeded to talk badly about me and my wife because we were frustrated that we had to pay to use a facility for baby. I have never experienced something so rude and disrespectful in my life for an employee to downgrade a family for being frustrated about having a child that had a bathroom emergency and they refused to serve unless we spent money. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would never refer to this place for anyone to ever go to. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Me and my wife are avid Starbucks goers, but I assure you, we will never go to this one again.
