Half the time my drinks are made wrong. There is this one barista that is extremely rude. I ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade and he made me one with water and instead of owning up to his mistake he tried to gaslight me and tell me I ordered the wrong thing.

I don’t know, the people are pretty nice, the drink I get is always phenomenal, but the atmosphere needs improvement. It’s always comfortable from 7-9ish, and that’s even pushing it. Beyond that it’s very uncomfortable to stay in.

Every time I come here the baristas are exceptional! But today was so horrible I don't think I'll return. A barista made my drink wrong..I saw her use dairy milk when I'm allergic and asked for almond (which is what was on the tag). When I pointed out and kindly asked it be remade, she rolled her eyes and all but tossed the drink towards me. When she made it properly, she slammed it down so hard at me the lid popped off and it spilled. I had the audacity to ask for napkins and a beverage holder for 3 drinks and she said "we have none" and walked away. Really disappointed, I spend a lot at this location, but not anymore.

It's fine; it's like every other Starbucks. But if you're wise, you put it into your SatNav and this is a great place to park and exit the large mall!

Got the blonde roast and it was cold. The barista was rude about it when I asked for a new one.

My cold brew had zero foam on top looked like regular iced coffee with no ice. Waited so long for my oatmeal that my chi tea was no longer hot but warm and it was like there was no chi in the drink not my best visit this

Worst Hot Coffee-Mocha ever the 1st time here! One lady (looks like matured) was in cash register taken the order from me, there no crowd very much free walk-ins. We ordered 'Hot Coffee-Mocha with milk', she took order everything. After the we received the order in few miniutes, with PLAIN WATER COFFEE- NO HOT.Again we requested the same lady and asked her, we need very much hot and added with milk. She prepared again the fresh one, finally arrived in a few miniuites. But again the same problem 'NO HOT' purely plain water, no mocha flavour.Again we called the same lady, but she was away from the counter. Another person came (short with wear glass) and we explained the situation, that person prepared again almost 3rd time for 2 Coffee-Mocha. We got the fresh coffee again, but the worst Coffee-Mocha ever for 1st time in this Star Bucks.Good Luck customers!!
