The cashier around 9:00 today got my coffee wrong. Also I want to used my rewards points for add shots but she charged me for it. Not even using my rewards. But I was hurry to work so I didn’t check. It’s not my day. I’m so sad.

The manager Ashley is incompetent and lacks people skills. There are plenty of Starbucks to go to, don't waste your time or money at the Edwards Mill/Duraleigh location. Ashley made my coffee order personally and it was wrong. Then she personally processed my refund for the incorrect amount. Followed by giving me an 'inactive' sorry we wasted your time and money screwing up your order in the first place card. Just go to the Lake Boone location up the road and save yourself the hassle and headache.

My drink was made extremely well and was prepared so fast. It was blended to perfection and the frappe didn't separate as they sometimes do. This location is now my favorite.

This particular Starbucks has made my Chai perfectly for three years, since I moved nearby. I'm one of those who has a complicated order and most Starbucks get it wrong once in a while. Well, today, my birthday, they got it wrong. So wrong. My order is 9 pumps, no foam, no water. Seems simple, right? Yeah, no. Usually the mistake is that I get lots of foam but non-fat milk. Today I got lots of foam, lots of foam. So I asked for the guy to remove the foam before I even tasted it. He took it but made another online order before making mine. Then I got my drink and… ,. skim milk, water, and weak chai. It was like drinking warm milk. Just no. So I asked a young woman there to make me a new one and she also made an online order first! And when I finally got my drink and tasted it, it was just okay. Not quite bland but not spicy like it usually is. But at this point I just wanted to get out of there having waited far too long so I took it and left figuring I would microwave it and add some spices when I got home. I did get a Happy Birthday as I was walking out, which was nice. What is most disappointing is that this Saturday crew needs some training on customer service. There were only a few online orders waiting and a customer standing there in person should take precedence, especially if they got the order wrong. This was not the birthday drink I had been hoping for.

The staff at this location (I only learned the names of Ines and John but everyone is 10/10.) is exceptional and deserves a raise. They treat my dad, who comes here every single morning, with such kindness and respect. On December 21, when they found out it was his birthday, they immediately went and bought a cupcake for him. No one ever answers the phone
It is Starbucks. Nothing in particular stands out. It isn't the best place to sit and have your coffee. Too small, very limited seating, and very busy so kinda loud.
