Every single day, Marian absolutely makes my day! She’s always so kind, thoughtful, and consistently goes above and beyond when making my drink. Her attention to detail and genuine care shine through every interaction.

I wanted to leave a review for Sarah. I stopped in before work and accidentally messed up my drink order. I told her it was totally my fault and that I’d be happy to reorder and pay again. Instead, she took a moment to ask what happened, listened, and remade my drink—no hesitation.
Even though the store was very busy, she went above and beyond to make it right, and the drink came out perfect. She even took the time to chat with me about my job (I was still in my uniform), which honestly made my morning.

Single mom trying to get it done all the time ran in almost closing time and Terryl and Sydney made me feel so welcome and listened and heated up my daughter’s Gouda sandwich I promised her. They are top notch clean place in a world of rushing they made sure I was happy and wished me and my family a great night I did same thanks Terryl and Sydney you’re the best !!!

I ordered a tall caramel frappucino with caramel crunch pieces. I got milk and ice blended with a bit of caramel sauce.
Went in for 1 cup. Waited a ridiculous amount of time while I watched a lady who ordered a single drink behind me and also a lady with 20 drinks in front of me while I stared at them leave first. Perhaps prioritize better.

Please tell me how to order a plain machiatto and actually recieve that and not a whole cup of bland hot milk. Ive asked for a plain machiatto they look at me confused, then i figured out to say no vanilla syrup and no caramel drizzle and they understand that but i dont know how to get a REAL machiatto. They keep charging me for machiattos and INSISTING its an upside down latte. I enjoy the flavour of coffee, i dont want a latte. I tell them when they make an upside down latte it tastes diff to me than a machiatto. A machiatto is not all milk. Ive wasted so much money on hot cups of MILK. Its gross. I want coffee. I pay for price of coffee not price of hot milk. I am reviewing in order to get someone to explain to me how to order a machiatto with nothing in it so that i can actually recieve a true machiatto plain that i can taste a coffee in it. I want more coffee flavour and less milk, im getting entire cup hot milk and MAYBE a splash of coffee??? Yuck. Still 4 stars bc they are good store, good people etc. I just want a true machiatto or something comparable that they offer.

Got a completely wrong order. I had ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk latte and receive a regular latte with dairy with no sweetener. Not good and unable to drink due to the dairy.

The cashier around 9:00 today got my coffee wrong. Also I want to used my rewards points for add shots but she charged me for it. Not even using my rewards. But I was hurry to work so I didn’t check. It’s not my day. I’m so sad.
