Got hot peppermint mocha. It was gross no peppermint

I got the peppermint mocha, with oat milk. Absolutely no peppermint and no mocha…. Like what? Just go a couple miles down to LA Horchateria and get an actual cup of coffee. Starbucks DO BETTER!
I’m sorry but I love me some Starbucks but your prices are quite outrageous. I’m not crying over the locations closing because they’ve deviated from their original business model. That bubble that developed in the early 2000s has burst and I’m needing to see this corporation do better on their prices. I only visit Starbucks if I’m gifted a Starbucks gift card, otherwise I’m not paying $8.00 for a cup of coffee…..in the words of my young adult sons “not happin bruh” 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️

Barista was rude, when I was polite. He was completely unwilling to a request for less ice in an iced drink. He told me if I needed the changed then I needed to get a refund because he wasn’t going to make the change.

Avocado spread was brown when I opened. They told me I would have to bring in the spread for a refund. I didn't want to save bad avocado all day just for 1.25 refund. Person on the phone basically asked if it was my fault.

The drinks are good and the baristas are friendly, but when this location is busy it’s the slowest moving Starbucks imaginable whether you go inside or wait in the drive thru, they don’t seem to be able to handle the rush.
Went to this location with a friend and ordered two drinks in the drive through. We made it one order just to make it simpler. We order our drinks both iced, when we got to the window they handed us a hot drink which we told the employee that it was supposed to be iced and made sure they had the right drink. They had us move up in line so we sat and waited. The girl who brought it out to us was very rude and only handed us one of the drinks which was still made incorrectly. She ignored us when we tried to tell her and stormed back inside. We went inside where one of the drinks was just sitting on the counter.

I usually get my grounded espresso from this store, today however I asked the young guy I need grounded espresso He had no idea what I’m talking about so I stood on the side and he started helping somebody else so I walked out and brought my business Whole Foods market and bought it there. Kind of disappointed of this store.

I usually don't have a problem at this location. It seemed as if they were training somebody today, and I do understand that. But I should not have been made in upwards to 15 minutes. To receive my drink.
There was an apology that was issued, but I still felt as if somebody else could have been helping them out.

My sister brought me a venti latte and this is what I got. It was too far to drive back so I called support and they told me to email support. I emailed Starbucks support and they didn’t respond. Starbucks is not getting better with time.

Super rude and unprofessional staff. Rushing me through my order at the drive through and giving me the wrong order then telling me to order properly next time. What do you expect from Starbucks anyway 🤷🏻♀️
