My sister brought me a venti latte and this is what I got. It was too far to drive back so I called support and they told me to email support. I emailed Starbucks support and they didn’t respond. Starbucks is not getting better with time.

was in there to pick up a doordash order, and was kind to the partners, didn’t rush them or anything. but from the beginning no one even spoke to me, everyone looked at me but refused to interact with me, i was patient. but then noticed there was 5 people and only 1 person on bar…. which is why it took so long for the order. my girlfriend asked a question about the sharps container and was given an attitude… and as we left, after graciously saying thank you, watched the employees talk shit about us. very bad energy all around. this probably should change 🤷

Went to order a pumpkin spice latte they gave me a cup with hot water in it I didn’t notice until I was 45 minutes out I called to let them know and the employee thought it was funny and could not offer me a refund

The couple times I actually was able to get a drink here. It was horrible and I had to go in and make them remake it both times! What I had to get out my car and go in And have them remake it the drink was OK .. Another time I waited in line literally 20 minutes and ended up going to a different location because once I got to the speaker, they were out of oat milk? Now today, I just sat in the line for 17 Minutes just for the lady at the speaker to tell me, she cannot put my drink in a Trenta cup, which I get every single day at two other locations that I go to, and have never had a problem! I had just left the gym beside here so that is why I decided to try this location again… But I definitely will not be coming back here since it is always slow and there is a problem with my drink one way or another! 2901 Sherman Oak Pl, 4109 Wake Forest Rd & 3023 Capital Blvd are all great and are always kind and have never given me a problem about getting the one drink I ALWAYS ORDER EVERYDAY! And I’m really not the type to go write a bad review because someone pissed me off but like I said, I have had multiple bad experiences at this location and I’m irritated after waiting in line so long!
