I’m sorry but I love me some Starbucks but your prices are quite outrageous. I’m not crying over the locations closing because they’ve deviated from their original business model. That bubble that developed in the early 2000s has burst and I’m needing to see this corporation do better on their prices. I only visit Starbucks if I’m gifted a Starbucks gift card, otherwise I’m not paying $8.00 for a cup of coffee…..in the words of my young adult sons “not happin bruh”...

The drinks are good and the baristas are friendly, but when this location is busy it’s the slowest moving Starbucks imaginable whether you go inside or wait in the drive thru, they don’t seem to be able to handle the rush.

I usually don't have a problem at this location. It seemed as if they were training somebody today, and I do understand that. But I should not have been made in upwards to 15 minutes. To receive my drink.
There was an apology that was issued, but I still felt as if somebody else could have been helping them out.
