I ask the guy at the counter he says “they are making everything” unfortunately I had to challenge his response, where he then asks someone to check on it. Happens to be they are out of my item. They also look like they don’t want to be there. Not a good way to start a morning.

I go to this location because it’s closer to my work . However , this morning, I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and got a regular hot chocolate, so when I asked for a replacement the baristas all looked at each other like I had two heads .

Went by location at 7:40 they close at 8:00. Drove out of my way to go to this one before I drove the other way to go home. Why post hours of going to close early.

This Starbucks has problems. Arrived and found a dirty patio, one restroom toilet backed up, and the sign falling off. Try another one instead…. The only good thing is there are a bunch of electric car charging stations.

Don’t bother going to this location. We paid for a large drink with extra dragon fruit and no ice and this is what they gave us. When we asked for it to be filled up a little more the man inside was happy to do it. The woman working there caused a scene and refused to fill it even when I mentioned we have never had this problem before. She should be gone, claiming some new policy.

Four people “working” two out of uniform and basically standing around. Ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and two standing around let them sit on counter for 5 minutes. Finally able to speak loudly for attention to get them working.
