Nov 6 is the release of the holiday cups. I was there from 4:36 am to 5:00 am when they opened, for the Starbucks Bear cup. I was first in line. I waited in my vehicle then got out as more customers came. While in my vehicle, I literally sat there & watched a female employee take them from the shelf and put them in the back. When I walked in, the spot she removed it from was empty. The employees took all of the bear cups. When I asked if they had more, the reply was oh we don’t have any. I told the barista that they did but they took them all. All employees got quiet. Then they went back to trying to figure out why an employee’s discount wouldn’t work on the Hello Kitty cup she was trying to purchase.
Why advertise them if customers won’t have an opportunity to actually purchase them? Very misleading. They create a frenzy, then don’t have the product to sell.

Before dropping off my friend's child at a program nearby on Glenwood Avenue, we stopped each morning to have breakfast. This is an ordinary Starbucks, except for one thing: they have "railings" set up outside (adjacent to the outside seating area) that look as if they are intended to tie the rope of a horse if you were to ride up horseback. We found this cute. The service is OK. We noticed that whenever someone enters indoors, a lady behind the counter barks out, "hello," "good morning," or "welcome back" in a loud voice. We typically ordered the Impossible breakfast sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese, coffee, steamed milk, and a couple of pastries. These are standard Starbucks food offerings, they tasted pretty good. Prices are moderate.
Just left this location. I always come here on my lunch break to get a afternoon mocha cookie crumble frappuccino. I always ask for half a pump of chocolate syrup at the bottom. Today I got the exact same thing and watch the girl just put cookies at the bottom when I paid extra for mocha. I had asked her if she put mocha at the bottom and she said yes but yet when I received my drink I looked at the bottom and did not see any mocha. When I looked at the bottom of the cup there is no mocha syrup like I asked for. I went back inside and let them know hey I order the same drink all the time and this does not even taste right. That I specifically asked for half a cup of mocha at the bottom when it was not done. All she added was extra cookie crumbs at the bottom which is not what I asked for. When I went to go wait for the drink to be remade I heard them whispering which I did not appreciate so I asked for a refund. As a previous employee of Starbucks I know that they value customers. People make mistakes but I rather someone remake it when a customer acknowledge that the drink is not right versus making the customer feel like they don't know what their drink is supposed to taste like. This has definitely made me look at this location differently.
Every single time I come here there is a homeless guy outside . He smells terrible and I can never sit outside to enjoy my coffee because of the smell. Why is Starbucks allowing a homeless guy to stay there every single day?

Love this location! they are very kind, helpful, and accurate. We visit often as it’s in our neighborhood and our mobile orders are always fast and accurate. Leann and one of her coworkers helped me out this morning when I had to make a change to my order and it was greatly appreciated. The other staff also always warmly greets you when come in. It’s a great experience overallI.
barista was very friendly!

A few baristas are better than the others
I ask the co-worker to put gloves on while heating my sandwich and another employee found it necessary to respond with “just so you know we don’t touch the food with our hands” such a snarky commit . I guess she was bothered by the request even tho she’s not even the one heating the sandwich. Lucky for her I was in a good mood today. It is nasty to know that this business doesn’t have it mandatory to wear gloves when dealing with the food or drink yuck!!!!
Also, this place is not very clean. First and last visit to this location.

If your demographic doesn’t fit their expectations, (If you are Hispanic) be ready to be treated like garbage. Bella the girl who was so other by me asking for a cup holder, next time I make sure I carry 3 Vt drinks along with the other food inside my purse.

Ordered 10 minutes ahead. Item I ordered not ready. I ask the guy at the counter he says “they are making everything” unfortunately I had to challenge his response, where he then asks someone to check on it. Happens to be they are out of my item. They also look like they don’t want to be there. Not a good way to start a morning.
