I stood there waiting for my coffee as several customers after me ordered, paid, and received their orders and exited the premises. I had to ask one of the workers, hey, where's my order. She promptly made my coffee, which was already halfway completed, setting near the machine. I never received an apology. I'll try a different location next time.

I came in and order a white iced chocolate mocha and it only tasted like milk I told the cashier that it only taste like milk and she answered and the worst possible way and for the worst they made it again and it tasted the same never coming back here again

The servers obviously have no clue of what they are even making. After going back to tell the server they made a mistake they made the same mistake again. My office assistant was the one to get it. Which is why the store was left without make sure it was correct. Real bad, poor customer service, can't follow direction, training is poor, owner must not care, store manager clueless, All stores not the same I would agree. These people would maybe do well as just being unemployed. They're obviously part of the 5% that should not be in the workforce anyway.

A good crew, friendly very efficient. Place is clean and well kept. They remodeled it and took out several tables, so its not a place you easily can hang out all day anymore as there are fewer tables.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks in town. My husband and I do a lot of stuff all over town, and have definitely been to our fair share of SB in the area, but this is our favorite. Our orders are always correct and always made in a timely manner PLUS the orders are consistently the same flavor. The store is always well kept and clean, and super organized. All the staff are super helpful and super kind and go above and beyond to make sure we feel welcomed and happy with our service (which is saying something for any short-service industry, but especially Starbucks). Reann, Sven and Emilie are our favorite staff there, and are just the best and most kind barista and staff we have experienced in a Raleigh Starbucks. I think regardless of where we live in Raleigh, we would consistently come to this location whenever we can because it really is just the best.Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerance and try to stay away from regular milk. The baristas are very helpful when I ask what milk might taste best with a certain beverage. And for the GF or veggie/vegan folks, there are the power boxes, fruit and more in the front little refrigerator area!Parking: Parking is always plentiful since it is in a shopping plaza AND there's electric car charging, which is a major bonus since I have a hybrid and my husband has a fully electric car.
